    A birthday gift from my daughter

    Whenever we visit Kinosaki, we always stay at Riverside Site. It was our first trip to Kinosaki in seven years. This time, we were able to enjoy both dinner and breakfast in a private room at a relaxed pace. We would love to stay here again.

    First Time in Kinosaki

    I finally made it to Kinosaki Onsen, a place I had been wanting to visit for a long time. The public bath hopping, the crab kaiseki dinner, and the charming streets were all wonderful. Above all, the warm hospitality from the staff made this a truly relaxing and comforting trip. Thank you very much. I would love to visit again when it’s snowing.

    I showed my Reservat...

    I showed my Reservation on IKYU, but for some reason, I was asked for ID. When I inquired about late check-out, I received an unfriendly response saying it’s not available. The main dish was deep-fried tofu with bean sprouts—food from a local diner would taste better. Other Onsens allow free access to nearby facilities, but here they charge an unclear admission fee. I will never visit again.

    Very good Hotel

    I found an affordable Plan even during the summer vacation and made a Reservation. Dinner and breakfast were served at Lounge Gen, and although I was a bit worried, the food was delicious, and the service was exceptionally polite, which surprised me. I was very satisfied. I also visited the public Onsen in Kinosaki but found that the Hotel's bath facilities were well-equipped with amenities, showerheads, hairdryers, and more, making it very comfortable. The only downside might be that the Room's toilet felt a bit old... It took 5 hours by train to get there, but it was worth it. It turned out to be a wonderful trip. Thank you very much!

    Crab and steak, what a combination!

    I went with a couple of friends who still have a hearty appetite. We decided on Kawaguchiya's plan because we wanted a meal where we could eat both crab and beef steak together. Various dishes came one after another, and the beef steak was not too greasy and seemed to be very good meat. It was a property that made you feel the history, and all the staff were warm, and the onsen tour was enjoyable.

    Wonderful

    The staff is excellent. They have the attentiveness that makes you want to stay again. The food is delicious, and the view from the private open-air bath in the guest room is wonderful. In summer, you can see fireworks.
