    The view from the Room is spectacular.

    It had been about 10 years since my last stay. This time I was in a central Room on the 3rd floor, and the view looking down was like something out of a painting—“Is this Waikiki Beach?!” Crystal-clear blue sea and sky, white clouds, an exotic-colored high-rise Hotel to the right; below, a woman in shorts jogging between palm trees; and to the left, a distant city skyline... If you could offer a service that lets guests enjoy the Hotel breakfast leisurely while taking in this view, I’d happily come back every year. I hope it becomes a hidden-gem Hotel in American Village.

    It was very clean.

    The Room was very clean. We could also see fireworks from the Room. The bathroom was spacious and nice. We had breakfast every morning, but the portions were so large that we couldn’t finish it all.

    I had a relaxing time.

    I had always wanted to stay at this Hotel. At first, I got a bit lost as the entrance is through the parking lot. Since it was January and the Hotel is only three stories high, it was quiet and not crowded, which was nice. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The Room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower water pressure was excellent! The nightwear provided is a front-open dress type without pants. The exterior corridor resembles an apartment building; the door is slightly heavy and uses a regular key instead of a card key. This time I stayed on the second floor, but as others have mentioned, people walking outside are quite close to rooms on the first floor, so it's better to choose either the second or third floor if you want privacy with open curtains. I would love to stay at this Hotel again!

    Warm and excellent service

    This Hotel offers warm and attentive service that you won't find in larger hotels. It is a wonderful place filled with kindness. All the dishes are handmade and incredibly delicious, allowing us to fully enjoy Okinawan cuisine. We stayed for three nights, and every meal had a different menu, which made us very happy!

    The best value-for-money accommodation with exceptional hospitality!

    Stayed at this accommodation on the first day of our family trip to Okinawa. Although the exterior initially made us a bit anxious, the hospitality of the staff was excellent. The room was clean with modern interiors, and the water facilities seemed newly renovated. The location was perfect as a base for exploring Chatan at night, and it was convenient to walk anywhere even with children. We would love to stay here again!

    It was a very good Hotel.

    Everything about the Hotel was satisfying. All the staff were warm and welcoming. The coffee machine next to the front desk, available 24 hours, was a great convenience. (The coffee was very delicious!) Fireworks from American Village could also be seen from the Room. I will definitely stay here again.

    Loved this place so much!

    The beach is right in front, and the American Village is just next door. It was quiet at night, so I could sleep well! It was also peaceful in the morning with a view of the beach and greenery. The sidewalks are beautifully paved, making it pleasant to take a walk. The Room was spacious, and so was the bathroom. There were more power outlets compared to other Hotels, which was very convenient. Breakfast was delicious as well. All the staff were kind and helpful!! I visit Okinawa every year, but this place is definitely a repeat for me! It's my favorite Hotel. The only regret I have is that I couldn't enjoy their delicious breakfast on my last day because of an early flight... It was amazing!!

    Excellent location

    Close to American Village and the beach, with a door on the first floor facing the beach, allowing you to wash your feet and enter the room directly after enjoying water activities. As it is a small accommodation, breakfast is not crowded and delicious. We also had dinner at the same place and received a 10% off coupon; it was quiet, affordable, and tasty.

    More than worth the price, it was very good.

    I have stayed at several Hotels around Chatan Town because I use a diving shop there, but this time I used the Sunset Beach Hotel for the first time. The deciding factors were the spacious balcony where I could hang my wetsuit, the large bathroom with a washing area, and the spacious Room where I could open two suitcases. It was as spacious as I expected, and the shower was multifunctional and very good. There was also a coffee service, the view was great right in front of the beach, and they accommodated an early breakfast, which was delicious. It was really good, so I would like to use it again. The cost performance is very good, so I recommend it.

    Great view, great breakfast and staff for preparing the meal, so kind. Memorable vacation.

    The location is excellent.

    The location is excellent as American Village and Sunset Beach are right in front. The Hotel has the feel of a renovated apartment. For amenities, you need to bring your own except for linens. Overall, I thought it was a good Hotel, but there is one drawback: the parking lot is overwhelmingly insufficient because it is shared with the affiliated Hotel across the street. If the parking lot is full, you have to park at the free parking lot in Chatan Town, which was a clear dissatisfaction.

    The pillows and bed ...

    The pillows and bed were very wonderful. I wasn't feeling well, but I slept soundly and felt better the next day. The woman at the reception was nice, and parking was easy, which was helpful when I returned. The window glass didn't have any diagonal lines, so I had a good view of the sea. I forgot something, but they contacted me properly, which was helpful. I would definitely like to use it again.
