    It was wonderful.

    The private open-air bath in the room had the perfect temperature, was very clean, and it was amazing to enjoy it while gazing at the full moon at night. Both dinner and breakfast were served in the room, allowing for a relaxing experience, and both meals were delicious and satisfying. The staff were kind and friendly, making our stay pleasant throughout. The only downside was that the shower in the reservation-only private bath had weak water pressure, which made it cold before getting into the bath. Other than that, it was a very satisfying stay where we could relax and forget about daily life.

    I want to visit in seasons other than winter.

    The room had a calm and lovely atmosphere, which led me to stay. I visited during winter, and even though I used all the heating appliances like the air conditioner and stove, it remained cold and I felt like I was freezing. I was truly glad to have a room with a private bath. The onsen was just the right size for two adults, and although the outside view was almost nonexistent, it was very pleasant. However, I could only stay in for about three minutes each time, so I wondered if the water temperature was a bit high. The room was spacious and comfortable, but at this price range, I expected some decorations or displays inside. It seemed like cost-cutting measures were in place, as there was nothing placed even in the wide tokonoma, which gave a slight sense of loneliness and emptiness. I didn't have any expectations for the amenities, so there was no issue, but I think at this price range, individually packaged items are generally expected. However, they provided Kracie bottle types. For those who like this brand, it would be good. I didn't encounter any of the staff members that others mentioned, but I was taken care of by someone who provided polite service. Except for the manager-like gentleman, all the staff members were polite. It seems there were originally four staff members in question, but now there are two, and they mentioned that it has become easier than before. The meals provided were delicious Japanese cuisine. I would have liked to try more if there were more glass wine options. I was relieved by the staff who didn't push alcohol. I hesitate to point out areas for improvement, but overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

    It was the most disappointing Stays in the Hakone area.

    I have stayed at many Ryokans in Hakone, but this was the most disappointing property I have ever experienced. ■ The room vibrates and shakes, making it noisy and impossible to sleep or relax. 　I stayed in a room on the first floor this time, and the room was next to the kitchen. 　The noise from the kitchen started before 5 a.m., and the room shook from the vibrations, disturbing my sleep. ■ The futon was just a thin mattress, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. 　The futon was just a thin mattress with a sheet on it. 　There was only one comforter, and no blankets, so it was quite cold in winter. ■ Even with the air conditioning (heating) on maximum, the room was cold. 　The room was spacious, divided into three sections, with three air conditioners, but even with all three running at full capacity, 　it did not get warm at all... ■ The food in general was not tasty. 　・The food was cold 　・Root vegetables were not cooked through, having a hard texture 　・The seasoning was too salty 　・The sashimi was not fresh, having a fishy and soggy texture ■ Refusal to accommodate food allergies due to the busy season. 　They said, "It's posted on the website in advance," and offered no assistance. 　Yet, they firmly set the accommodation fee at the busy season rate. [Overall Evaluation] I wasted my valuable time and money. I do not wish to stay here again. I think a reasonable price for this budget accommodation is around 10,000 yen per person per night. I do not recommend staying here for 50,000 to 60,000 yen per person per night, even during the busy season.

    The service is good, but the Facility is over 100 years old, so it has a lot of history.

    The staff were very kind. The room was also cleaned nicely, but it was difficult to find the amenities, and there was an opened toothbrush set included, which made me feel that the confirmation was lacking. The drainage in the washroom was poor, and it took quite a long time for hot water to come out. Considering that the building is over 100 years old, I think it's an unavoidable part. The meals were very delicious. The shower in the family bath, which requires a reservation, was completely unusable, haha. The water pressure of the shower was quite weak, and I thought it was impossible for two people to complete a full shampoo routine in a 30-minute reservation. As for the open-air bath in the large public bath, it was quite dark and hard to see the feet, and it was disappointing that the lights were not on.
