    The Room facilities ...

    The Room facilities are difficult to use. Wi-Fi is also not very stable. If you want to use the Room equipment, you need to bring your own CDs and DVDs. The walls of the building are very thin, so there is considerable noise from above.

    We stayed in the Junior Family Room.

    I have used this facility multiple times, and this was my first visit since the children's play area was renovated. The play area has been greatly improved, and my child was very satisfied. We were able to enjoy a wonderful time, including the meals. However, there were two disappointing points: 1. There was a stain on the room's sofa that looked like a bedwetting mark, but no explanation about it was provided. 2. To access the room via elevator, you need to use a card key; however, only two keys are provided per room. The Room is spacious enough for up to five adults, but having only two card keys is quite inconvenient. I hope this can be improved in the future.

    Room 505

    We stayed as three families with our daughters and grandchildren, booking three rooms. However, one of the rooms, Room 505, had a malfunctioning lock from the beginning. Although we reported it to the front desk and they attempted to fix it, the lock remained broken. This caused significant inconvenience as we couldn't relax during meals or outings and felt uneasy at night. Unfortunately, someone always had to stay in the room while others enjoyed activities like swimming with the grandchildren. While it was a relief that the grandchildren were delighted playing in the pool, we sincerely hope that proper checks on room conditions and locks will be conducted in the future.

    The room is dirty.

    The Room was upgraded to the 9th floor, which made me very happy. However, upon entering the Room, I found the sink in the bathroom covered with hair, as if someone had just cut their bangs. It was very unpleasant. I considered calling the front desk but decided against it and cleaned it myself before using it. The carpet also seemed unclean with hair scattered around, and all the glasses were dirty, so I washed them before use. It felt like they hadn't been cleaned during Room cleaning. Even the kettle still had coffee stains on it. Overall, the Room was dirty, which made me decide never to stay here again. Other than that, we enjoyed playing at Asoboya and Thomas attractions; both were fun for kids. The pool and bath were nice as well as meals provided. Although there were bees near the pool making it dangerous and no action was taken by staff on watch duty when noticed—on a positive note—they did provide band-aids and disinfectant when my child fell down. Please ensure proper cleaning of Rooms in future stays!

    The children were very satisfied.

    I visited with my daughter and two grandchildren. Although there was no notice at the time of Reservation, some construction work was being carried out, so we were disappointed that we couldn't use the Facility we were looking forward to. However, as compensation, there were free Facility usage and complimentary snacks provided. The meals were served buffet-style with a wide variety of dishes, including delicious local specialties made from regional ingredients. The view from the Room was spectacular, allowing us to fully enjoy the beauty of nature.

    Repeat and you're right.

    We first stayed here last October with family friends, and this time we visited as a family with our son's family. There are various thoughtful touches to keep small children entertained, and the one-night stay flew by in no time. The staff at the Hotel were incredibly attentive, making it a wonderful memory for us. While it might not be ideal for those seeking a quiet getaway for adults only, it is perfect for occasions like ours.
