    I had a Multiple Nig...

    I had a Multiple Night Stay, and to be honest, it exceeded my expectations. Although I couldn't see Mount Fuji from the Room I stayed in, I enjoyed a blissful time on the beautiful garden terrace where the day seemed to pass by in an instant. The medicinal stone bath was incredibly relaxing; after just one soak, my body felt thoroughly warmed to the core. By the second time, I even started looking forward to the bath preparation process itself. The Room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. During my stay, housekeeping cleaned while I was out for the day during my Multiple Night Stay. Returning to such a spotless Room felt like coming back to a brand-new space—it was truly impressive! The staff were kind and greeted me warmly every time we crossed paths, making my stay all the more pleasant. When visiting Lake Kawaguchi again, I will definitely return to Hana no Yado Yumefuji! Thank you in advance!

    High level of hospitality

    The front desk staff provided exceptional hospitality. They kindly assisted with photo requests, making it a truly memorable trip. I will visit again. The Room was clean and comfortable. The 24-hour circulating bath exceeded expectations, allowing access at any time. From the on-site observatory, we enjoyed a beautiful view of Mount Fuji in summer. As we departed, they waved goodbye until we were out of sight! Highly recommended.

    I want to live here.

    I stayed here for sightseeing and a live event. Since I used an express bus, it was about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop. Located in a residential area with an age restriction, it offered a quiet environment. The front desk staff were very kind and delivered necessities directly to the Room. They also lent out telescopes, but unfortunately, I couldn't see any stars due to cloudy skies at night. The most impressive part was the stunning view of Mount Fuji—it felt incredibly close! There is a scenic point perfect for taking photos, and I took plenty of pictures there. Although it was early in the season and not fully bloomed yet, there was also a rose garden starting to blossom. The Room felt like staying in a single-story house. We chose a circulating bath for our stay; while we couldn’t see Mount Fuji from the window, having access to warm baths anytime was fantastic. My partner especially loved enjoying morning baths! The Room itself was spacious with sofas that made it feel like home. Drinks were pre-stocked in the refrigerator; we noted what we consumed on paper and paid during checkout. Our favorite drink was grape juice—it tasted amazing! Other options included wine, plum wine, and orange juice as well. We liked the grape juice so much that we bought some on our way back. Although it's slightly far from the station by foot, overall I had an excellent experience here. Convenience stores are available along the way toward the station too. After checking out, I left my luggage at reception so I could enjoy sightseeing hands-free before catching another express bus home. I would definitely choose this Hotel again when visiting Lake Kawaguchi!

    The place was very clean, and the food was delicious.

    I stayed here for a solo trip. The room was spacious, almost too much for one person, and it was impeccably clean, making my stay very comfortable. Breakfast was delivered to the room, and both the taste and portion were highly satisfying. Although I couldn't see Mt. Fuji from my room, there is a scenic spot on the property with a stunning view of Mt. Fuji. The weather was perfect, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The staff were calm and kind, leaving a very positive impression on me. I stayed at Yume Fuji because I attended a live event at Kawaguchiko Stellar Theater this time, but if I visit Stellar Theater again in the future, I would definitely choose this accommodation again. Since it felt like too much for just one person, next time I'd love to stay with someone else!

    You can enjoy a beautiful view of Mount Fuji, and above all, the staff's kind words and conversations were truly wonderful. We are very grateful. Our family had a meaningful and enjoyable trip.     The room is clean.

    The first thing I thought when I checked in was that the place was very clean. It was extremely tidy. Since there were no meals provided, I took a bath before going out to eat. I enjoyed the traditional hot and cold mixed medicinal stone bath. Special care was taken in how the bath water was prepared. There was no guidance to the room, so there were no explanations about the various facilities. I think this place is more suitable for those who want to relax, as I had a packed schedule during my stay. However, it was a very satisfying accommodation. There is a garden with a view of Mount Fuji, and despite the unstable weather and many clouds, it did make an appearance. If the weather is nice, I recommend relaxing on the terrace.
