    A first-floor Room w...

    A first-floor Room with an open-air rock bath. The living room is spacious and comes with a garden. A bed is also placed facing the garden. You can enjoy a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The only downside is the aging hallway. The oak-wood open-air bath feels like a pool and is great for unwinding.

    I’d love to stay here again.

    We made a Reservation to spend some relaxing time together, as this is our 25th wedding anniversary and my husband has been away on a long-term solo assignment. With only a small number of Rooms, it was quiet, and the meals were served in semi-private dining spaces, so we could enjoy them without distractions. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. As for the baths, we used the open-air bath with a pool, and swimming while looking out at the natural scenery was great fun—it made me feel like a kid again. Our Room also had an open-air bath, so we could soak whenever we liked while enjoying the view. It was wonderful. The service was courteous, and we truly had a comfortable stay. We would love to stay again in another season. Just one thing: it would be even better if the entrance door to the Room matched the overall atmosphere more.

    Overall, I’m basically satisfied…

    This was my first stay, but unfortunately I had bad luck with the neighboring guests. I was very satisfied with the large, free-flowing open-air bath in the Room. It’s rare to find one this big, so I used it many times. However, during my stay I could smell cigarette smoke coming from the neighboring balcony. When I asked the Hotel, they said the entire property is non-smoking, but also told me there was nothing they could do. As a result, from night until morning throughout my stay, cigarette smoke kept drifting in and I had to put up with it. I think the Hotel’s response was unacceptable. People may feel differently, but considering how it was handled, I won’t be staying again. Since we were expected to endure it ourselves, this falls into a poor level of service for a Hotel. Harsh as it may sound, I can’t recommend it.

    Enjoy breathtaking views!

    Enjoy the breathtaking views of Kinko Bay, the vast land, and Sakurajima from the Room, Onsen, and restaurant. Despite the rainy weather, the scenery made everything worthwhile.

    This was my first time using the Property. The Onsen was, of course, impeccable. There was also a bar counter where I could relax and enjoy. I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, and I was able to explore Kirishima without getting bored, indulging in the Onsen and experiencing an extraordinary time. This time, I used a Plan without meals, but next time I would like to use a Plan with meals.
