  I requested a one-night stay in a suite room from October 19th. Upon arriving at the hotel and checking in, I was told that I could change to a beef steak for dinner, but the online reservation stated that the regular menu included carpaccio, so I requested to keep the regular menu. I also brought my dog's food due to allergies. During dinner, I went to the dining area, ordered a drink, and while waiting for the meal, soup was suddenly served. I wondered about the carpaccio, and when I looked at today's menu, it was changed to beef steak. Then, they took the menu away, saying [We made a mistake with the menu]. So, what about the regular menu? In the end, there was no carpaccio, no crab gratin, and I wanted the regular menu to be served! It's fine because I won't be going back.
