    2泊3日の家族旅行in湯谷温泉

    We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. Overall, we were very satisfied! However, we really couldn’t tolerate the smell in the elevator, so we mostly used the stairs. It was a bit disappointing that the meals were almost the same on both days. But everything tasted really delicious! On the first night, the staff member in charge of our meal seemed a bit bothered and spoke rather casually, which concerned us. On the second night, however, the staff member was very polite and made us feel comfortable. The view from our Room was amazing, and when we returned from going out, we were able to relax and unwind.

    High-quality relaxation time in harmony with nature

    This Accommodation may not be new or spotless, but you can feel heartfelt hospitality everywhere. Even amid tough management conditions with soaring heavy oil prices, they show the utmost care. Both baths have their own character; with the murmur of the Uregawa River as background music, you can feel a pleasant breeze on your face and soak at ease. You get to have this ultimate luxury all to yourself. Dinner is so wonderful it almost feels undeserved for the price of the stay. There are an impressive number of dishes, and seasonal ingredients whet your appetite. Paired with sake from Sekiya Brewery, it’s irresistible for sake lovers. After such a lavish meal, a comfortable buzz invites sleep that seems to wash away everyday fatigue. A morning bath also brings back that special thrill of getting away from it all. It really makes you think: I want to come back again.

    The meals, the Onsen...

    The meals, the Onsen, and the view from the Room were wonderful. It was a shame that the Room toilet and Facilities felt outdated. The furnishings in the lobby and dining area, along with the artwork on display, were a pleasure to see. Walking along the stream was very soothing. This time we visited during cherry blossom season, but we would also like to come back in autumn for the fall foliage.

    Satisfied with the carefully prepared dishes.

    Every dish was carefully prepared and absolutely delicious. The Facility is old, but it has been well-maintained, so we used it without any discomfort. We especially appreciated the warmth of the wooden elements throughout. The experience was well worth the cost. We hope to stay at another Hazu Group Facility someday.

    A Moment of Relaxation

    This was my second stay. The first time was three years ago, and the staff at the reception were very polite and kind. This time, it seemed busier due to the peak season, and unfortunately, some of my requests made via email and at reception were not fulfilled. Both days were quite cold, but the bathroom heating wasn’t working well, making it very chilly while changing clothes—having a heater would have been appreciated. The water pressure in the shower was weak, which made washing difficult. However, the water temperature in the bath was just right. At night, I enjoyed a beautiful starry sky; in the morning, I admired a stunning view of Ure River—it was truly relaxing. The meals featured local specialties and were delicious! With an 11:00 AM checkout time, I could take my time leaving in the morning without feeling rushed. I also got to meet Kohaku-chan as I had hoped—this brought me comfort! If given another opportunity in the future, I’d love to stay again. I understand managing everything must be challenging; please take care of yourselves as you continue your work! Thank you for providing such a healing experience!

    Question about the billing amount

    The payment was 28,520 yen instead of the usage amount of 25,495 yen. After returning home, I confirmed that I had received a receipt for 25,495 yen and decided to let it go. It seems IKYU Points were not applied. It's disappointing.

    I visited Yunotani Onsen for the first time in a while. Although it no longer has the bustling atmosphere of the past, the scenery and onsen remain unchanged, providing great relaxation. It was my first time staying at Yunokaze Hazu, and I was impressed by how well they maintain and preserve their traditional Ryokan facility. The meals lived up to their reputation with creativity and seasonality, leaving me very satisfied. I would like to make a reservation again around autumn.

    Onsen is the best!

    The Onsen's water quality was truly excellent, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for my tired body. The facility was clean, and I enjoyed the footbath while gazing at the river after soaking. The meal included a game meat hot pot, followed by dessert with dice-shaped ice cream and strawberries. Though the portions were not large, everything was delicious. I would love to visit again!

    Since the men's and ...

    Since the men's and women's baths are separated, having two room keys allows you to go to the bath at your preferred time. The meals were almost satisfactory, but the Kuroge Wagyu beef on the ceramic plate was tough, and the distinctive smell of beef was strong. I would definitely like to visit this inn again if I have the chance.
