    The glamping cabin w...

    The glamping cabin was very clean, and the view was great. As we knew from the start, it was still a bit tight for two people to sleep in a double bed. Other than that, everything was good.

    This is my third time!

    This is my third stay this summer. I’ve visited each time with different friends, and with activities, BBQ, fireworks, the pool, and the Onsen all available, everyone was 1000% satisfied and wants to come back again. It was a shame that Sky Eagle was temporarily closed this time, but we’d love to return next year for another summer trip!

    Unfortunately, I was disappointed and my expectations were not met.

    We visited during the crowded Golden Week period, so it may be different at other times, but here are the points that stood out. First, check-in took one hour. I have stayed at many Hotels and Ryokans, and this was by far the longest. There seems to be plenty of room for improvement. In particular, we were traveling with two dogs and wanted to get into our Room as soon as possible. Next, the BBQ dinner we had requested was also delayed twice from the time we were told at check-in, and in the end it was one hour late. When it was delivered, there unfortunately didn’t seem to be any sense of apology—more like they were just going through the motions. The Room did not smell as much like dogs as I expected, which was good, but overall it felt in line with the price. (There is no TV or bath; we understood that before staying.) The next day we went to Nesta Resort. Even though we had reserved our one-day passes online in advance, we had to wait in line for another hour just to pick them up. Two staff members were checking each family one by one, which felt extremely inefficient and outdated. After receiving the passes, we waited over an hour for a buggy ride. By the time we reached Sky Eagle around 11:00 a.m., we were told today’s受付 had already closed. We came specifically looking forward to Sky Eagle, so this was very disappointing. Other attractions also had 1–2 hour waits, so our family returned to our Room. Buying a one-day pass and only being able to do one attraction is hard to imagine at most parks. We originally made a Reservation for two nights and added one extra guest for only one night in advance. The additional fee—Accommodation plus dinner plus an open-air bath—was 7,200 yen per person per night, which was very reasonable and helpful. However, since that person couldn’t enjoy much of the park on day two before taking a bus home, we changed plans so they could join us for dinner instead. We were then told dinner alone would cost 8,800 yen per person. Since this change was our request, we paid it—but because there was no Accommodation or open-air bath included (yet it cost more), I asked again at reception. The staff member simply said something like “You’re right—that is strange,” so I didn’t press further. At checkout as well، they only told us the total amount due and did not provide an itemized breakdown unless requested—and their response felt like “Do you really need it?” which surprised me. Overall، it felt like a park whose systems are surprisingly immature for something that has been operating for 10 years، with unhelpful service and almost no explanations—at the expense of visitors’ time and expectations.

    It was my first time glamping, and it was a wonderful experience.

    The accommodation cabin was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. When it was time for the BBQ, a young male staff member kindly showed us how to prepare the ingredients and use the stove, which was very helpful. The Onsen facility called “Jukkai no Yu” was also spacious, and we were able to relax deeply. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and was delicious, so we really enjoyed it. If I had to mention one thing, the route from the front desk to the cabin was a bit hard to follow. We received a map at the front desk, but clearer signage along the way would have been helpful. Thank you to all the staff at the front desk, breakfast restaurant, and shop for your kind service. We would love to stay again someday.

    We made a Reservatio...

    We made a Reservation with a Plan that included breakfast and dinner, Onsen access, and a 1-day pass. For dinner, we had a BBQ on the deck, and everything was delicious—meat, vegetables, and even the acqua pazza. We also added sausages, grilled rice balls, mess-tin curry rice, and marshmallows for dessert; the staff were very helpful and delivered them quickly. It was an extremely windy and cold day, so it would be nice to have some kind of windbreak. For breakfast, we chose the Hotel buffet. There was a great variety of dishes and we were very satisfied. We stayed with our dog, but the Room didn’t smell like pets at all—it was properly cleaned. The heating worked well, and there was even a heated carpet, so it was very comfortable. There were fewer activities than we expected, but since it was our first time at NESTA we still had a great time. If there were more activities available, we’d love to come back!

    Aging

    We stayed in a cottage. The room had a great view, but the facility felt outdated and lacked a sense of cleanliness, which was disappointing. Breakfast was delivered to the room, and we enjoyed the burgers and other items. The soup was hot and delicious, but the burgers were a bit dry. It included tickets for nearby day-use Onsen baths, so I think it was reasonably priced overall.

    We had a great time!

    Approximately 40 minutes wait for check-in, which was a bit tough. The glamping room was spacious and comfortable. The barbecue had an abundance of meat, more than enough to satisfy. We were initially worried about the amount of meat and bought extra at AEON, but it turned out unnecessary. The food was absolutely satisfying. We recommend finishing the barbecue while it's still bright outside since bugs tend to gather around the lights after dark if you're not a fan of insects! The Onsen is about a 5-minute drive away and is an impressive facility—also very satisfying! If only the check-in process could be quicker, everything would be perfect! Thank you so much; we’d love to visit again!

    This is our 8th visi...

    This is our 8th visit. Visiting Nesta Resort every summer has become a tradition for our family, and this was our 3rd time staying in the Glamping Cabin. However, we noticed some dust around the beds, which was concerning. We always stay with our beloved dog and children, but this time there were food crumbs near the window that attracted ants, which left us feeling a bit disappointed. That said, the Facility itself is enjoyable for children, so we would like to visit again.

    As expected beforehand,

    It was cold. Some attractions we wanted to try were already closed, even though it was spring break. Others had restrictions like capacity or age limits, so we could hardly do anything. We spent most of the time just moving around the vast area by vehicle, which took a lot of time. We stayed in an open and spacious glamping site, but it only had a shower. The Onsen and dining areas were too far away, making it inconvenient to go there. Overall, it just felt like we went to Nesta Resort Kobe and that’s about it.

    New Year's Holiday

    I stayed one night in a glamping cabin. Overall, it was good, but the frosted glass on the front door was a bit scary. The barbecue meat was delicious.
