    It was a wonderful accommodation!

    Upon arriving at the Accommodation, we were welcomed with “Welcome home.” From that moment, we felt a warm atmosphere, and the staff kindly guided us through everything so we could fully enjoy the all-inclusive experience. After check-in, we had cocoa and coffee at the café; after a bath, we enjoyed some drinks—making the time before dinner truly worthwhile. You can feel the attention to detail throughout the Accommodation. It’s a place I’d love to return to and highly recommend!

    This is a wonderful accommodation where you can relax in peace and quiet.

    Thank you very much for taking care of us again. We contacted you at the last minute about the meal portions, and we truly appreciate your kind and flexible response. This time we visited as three generations, and our elderly family members were especially pleased with the thoughtful care shown by all the staff. Above all, it is quiet and well maintained. The meals, made with mainly local ingredients, are carefully prepared and delicious. The private Onsen is also very relaxing. Drinks and snacks are all-inclusive. We could not ask for anything more. We will visit again in the future. Thank you very much.

    The meals were excellent.

    The handmade dishes were delicious. The pairing of soba and sake was excellent. The selection of beer was also good. Recommended accommodation for alcohol lovers, but slippers would have been appreciated.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    I stayed at the accommodation with a same-day reservation. It is a small and quiet accommodation. The staff welcomed us warmly, and the facility was clean and not overly luxurious but had a relaxing atmosphere. The absence of slippers was nice as it avoided any noise from footsteps. Since our room was on the first floor, both the free drinks area and the bath were conveniently close. Even though I believe it was almost fully booked, there were no issues with using the private bath as it wasn’t crowded. The TV screen was large, and its adjustable angle made it easy to watch—something rare but appreciated. I could sense how rooted this place is in the local community, which I found wonderful. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent—beautifully presented and carefully prepared dishes. However, since we don’t eat much, we felt that the portions were slightly too large for us. We thought perhaps we should have mentioned this in advance to avoid leaving food behind out of courtesy. Lastly, as this seems to be an accommodation for relaxation, I think having more comfortable chairs in the room would enhance the experience further.

    I enjoyed it more than my mother, even though it was her birthday.

    We planned to celebrate my mother's 89th birthday by staying at this accommodation. As her mobility has weakened, we chose this place so she could enjoy the three types of baths (all with open-air options) and delicious cuisine, feeling like a princess from a fairytale, rather than visiting multiple locations. The tofu and cream cheese snacks made by the owner were all incredibly delicious. And above all, the all-inclusive drinks and food—various beers and wines included—might have been more enjoyable for me as her companion (laughs). While waiting for our ride back, I sipped on café au lait made from carefully selected coffee certified by experts, surrounded by the warm hospitality of the staff. It was such a pleasant experience. My mother was delighted as well. Thank you very much!

    Recommended for solo travelers.

    Thank you very much for the other day. We were extremely satisfied with the quiet atmosphere, delicious meals and drinks, and the opportunity to enjoy different views from the bath at night and in the morning. The meals were very tasty, and we appreciated being offered options like rice balls or in-room dining for dishes such as mixed rice or dessert that we couldn’t finish. This allowed us to enjoy our meal without feeling overwhelmed. Additionally, we thoroughly enjoyed the "Oyaji BAR," which was what we had been looking forward to most. The calm ambiance, handmade snacks by the owner, rare whiskey selections, and engaging conversations made for a truly relaxing time. When I asked about pricing the next day, I was surprised and regret not properly expressing my gratitude at that moment. Thank you so much again. We look forward to visiting during your recommended cherry blossom or autumn foliage seasons. Best regards!

    A place of accommodation you'd want to visit again.

    Delicious dinners prepared with care by the host and delightful breakfasts. The freshly baked bread in the morning was exceptional—something I’d love to have every day. There was also a corner where you could freely enjoy drinks, ice cream, and snacks, which excited my inner foodie. However, with the dinner being so plentiful, I couldn’t quite make it there—what a shame! As someone who isn’t fond of red miso soup, having it served for breakfast was the only reason I rated the meals 4 stars instead of 5. This is purely a matter of personal preference. The kind hostess, delicious meals crafted by the host paired with great sake, and cheerful staff made this 2-night stay truly heartwarming. Upon leaving, we said “See you again!” as this has become an accommodation we’d love to visit again someday. Thank you very much!

    It was a wonderful accommodation that made me want to come back again.

    This was my first stay with my eldest son. Most other guests were couples, and I believe it would be even more enjoyable for a couple's stay. However, I was fully satisfied staying with my son. The accommodation is located near Amanohashidate River, a place full of memories since my high school days. It truly is a wonderful accommodation. Dinner time was set at 6 PM, which felt a bit heavy after having a late lunch, but the taste and the use of local ingredients in the meals were exceptional. The all-inclusive drinks and desserts were also delightful—especially the coffee jelly, which was outstanding. The room was simple yet comfortable and clean. Having two TVs in the room showed thoughtful consideration for guests' needs. The baths included three types of private baths, each one excellent in its own way. There are no complaints at all; however, the parking lot is quite narrow and might be slightly challenging for larger vehicles—but this shouldn't pose much of an issue overall. Having stayed at many accommodations before, this is one of those rare places that makes you want to return again. Run by a lovely couple whose warm hospitality left me deeply impressed—thank you so much! I definitely look forward to visiting again!

    In the Bamboo Grove

    Since it was a Monday (with only one other guest), the private open-air bath was available anytime. Relaxing while gazing at the bamboo grove from the open-air bath was truly wonderful. The spacious maisonette room we stayed in before was excellent, but climbing the stairs has become a bit challenging as we’ve gotten older (laughs). It was an amazing trip with all-inclusive dining and drinks, and lovely conversations with the kind hostess and young hostess. It would be even better if there were rooms with open-air baths that are not maisonettes!

    Thank you for the enjoyable time.

    We stayed as a family of four. The clean and bright interior, along with the well-equipped room, allowed us to relax comfortably. Being all-inclusive, we enjoyed different types of beer, alcohol, and thoughtful snacks. The quiet environment with almost no outside noise was excellent. The meals were centered around local ingredients, each dish was carefully prepared and very delicious. There are three private Onsen baths, easily accessible from the room, which pleased the elderly. Above all, we were soothed by the courteous and warm service of the staff. Thank you very much.

    All-inclusive is fun!

    As per everyone's reviews, the owner's hospitality was warm, and the snacks and ice cream were delicious, making our first all-inclusive experience very enjoyable! The interior and the bath were very clean! The food was also very delicious! It was nice to be able to choose a samue instead of a yukata! On the way back, they provided a shuttle service to Urayama Dam, and we received delicious coffee as a souvenir to take out, which allowed us to use our time effectively! (Urayama Dam also offers a panoramic view of the streets of Chichibu, with clean water and a wonderful landscape.) One point, I wanted to drink coffee first thing in the morning, but there was no vending machine, and the drink bar starts at 9 o'clock, so there was only water until then. Next time, I plan to buy some and put it in the refrigerator. Thank you for taking care of us!

    Dinner is very delicious.

    I decided on this place because it was all-inclusive. However, it's only for the day of stay, and you can't drink during breakfast. If you arrive at the property early, you can enjoy homemade snacks and drinks. The homemade beef jerky was very tender and delicious. Be careful not to eat too much before dinner. It's so tasty that you might end up eating a lot. The amenities are all provided, and in the cold season, you can receive cute socks. I chose the Shimaenaga socks. The bath is private, and there was no time limit, so I could relax. The much-anticipated dinner was really delicious. I tried homemade bacon for the first time and didn't know it could be so tasty. There were various types of alcohol, and I enjoyed them paired with the dishes. But be careful not to drink too much. My friend fell asleep as soon as we returned to the room. The breakfast the next day was a Japanese set meal with pork miso soup. There are no strongly flavored side dishes, so you won't end up eating too much rice. Personally, I would have liked some pickled plums or pickles. As with the previous day, we were driven to the station by car when we left. I would like to use this place again when I visit Chichibu (Chichibu) for sightseeing.

    Inn of Okinato and Ouna

    As the signboard suggests, it was an inn where the elderly couple provided service. We stayed in a special room, but considering the accommodation fee, it was completely disappointing. Although it is all-inclusive, amenities, drinks, and dinner desserts all have to be picked up at the front desk. The refrigerator is also located on the upper floor dining area, and once you go down to the floor with the bathroom and bedroom, it becomes cumbersome to go to the refrigerator. I did not feel inclined to visit again.

    It was a wonderful inn.

    I visited for two nights with the concept of relaxing and unwinding at the inn. The owner and staff warmly welcomed us, making for a perfect start. All three types of private hot springs were wonderful, allowing us to enjoy the water at our leisure. The dinner, both the course meal on the first day and the light meal on the second day, was extremely delicious. Although the second day was a light meal, we were very satisfied, and the hamburger was exquisite! Since the course meal can be quite filling, the thoughtfulness of a light meal on the second day was appreciated. Thanks to that, we were able to enjoy the owner's handmade delightful snacks, gelato, and drinks after the meal. The room was very calming, allowing us to refresh away from the hustle and bustle. Since we stayed in a separate building, there was a beer and highball server in the room, which was impressive. Surrounded by the wonderful hospitality of the staff, including the shuttle service between the station and the inn, we were able to have the best vacation. With two types of dinners and breakfasts available, a two-night stay is recommended. I definitely want to visit again in a different season. Thank you for the wonderful time.
