    I stayed here to reu...

    I stayed here to reunite with friends after a long time.\nThere isn’t much around, so it’s inconvenient, but it’s a great place to relax surrounded by nature. On the other hand, since there’s nothing nearby, I wished there were vending machines where you could buy alcohol whenever you want.\nThe meals didn’t have a wide variety, but everything was tasty, and I don’t think there were any dishes that had gone completely cold. The dessert selection felt a bit lacking.\nThe Onsen was wonderful—thick and silky like a moisturizing lotion—but it was a little hot. If I were staying with small children, the fact that there is no bath in the Room would be a downside.\nAll of the staff were very kind; no one was unfriendly, and they were truly lovely.\nThe Room was average—for better or worse. Next time I’d like to check in earlier with my family and fully enjoy the nature.\nI also wish there were more snacks and drinks available for purchase at any time inside the property—things that small children would enjoy too.

    A quiet lakeside Hotel

    This was my first visit. Perhaps due to the season, there were no guests with children, and the Accommodation was very quiet. When I stayed at other Kyukamura properties in the past, most guests were families, so I was used to a lively atmosphere; it made me wonder whether it is usually this quiet here. The calmness was truly pleasant. The staff’s hospitality was excellent, which also made my stay very comfortable. The meals were delicious, and I enjoyed them at a relaxed pace. I would also like to thank the staff member who kindly joined me on short notice and enthusiastically helped with my search for shimaenaga (long-tailed tits). I’m happy to have found another Accommodation I’d like to visit again. Thank you for a wonderful time.

    Thank you to all the staff.

    After arriving at the accommodation following a round of golf, we immediately enjoyed dinner. The restaurant staff were all very welcoming with warm smiles and kind words, which was truly comforting. Of course, the food was delicious as well. The onsen had a silky and moisturizing effect, and my skin felt great the next morning. I felt that this accommodation thoughtfully provided everything needed for convenience. With Lake Shikotsu nearby, we also enjoyed forest bathing. I would definitely love to stay here again!

    It was great!!

    I visited with my friends and their spouse, and although it was a bit disappointing that there was no open-air bath, both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the staff were incredibly pleasant. The four of us decided to come back again next year!

    A wonderful Accommodation where you can truly feel close to nature

    Watching small birds while having breakfast was very calming. The Room and the Onsen were also excellent.
