    Better than expected.

    The breakfast was delicious. The rock bath has a range of temperatures from low to high, so you can choose what you prefer. The Onsen water quality is excellent, but there are no amenities such as lotion in the changing room, so those who need them should bring their own. You can also use the neighboring Onsen Facility for free, but only once. It also includes a stone sauna, which is a great value.

    The Onsen was wonderful.

    The building seemed a bit old, but it was well cleaned and felt very tidy and comfortable. I stayed for one night and two days. On the first day, I used the adjacent Agannasse baths. The variety of cold-water baths was great, and there was also complimentary coffee. The next morning, I used the large public bath before departure, which was also very nice. I only had the breakfast buffet, but there was a wide selection and everything was delicious.

    It was a good Hotel.

    The room was spacious enough and comfortable. I enjoyed the Onsen at a leisurely pace and was satisfied to use it twice, in the morning and evening.

    Perfect for the whole family across three generations.

    This Accommodation is perfect for when you feel like taking a quick trip to an Onsen. The Onsen was comfortable (though it was a bit hot this time), and the meals and staff service were excellent, making for a very relaxing stay. The next day, we took it easy at Agannasse. The best! My mother, my daughter, and I will be back again.

    The breakfast service was excellent.

    The breakfast venue was crowded, and I entered 20 minutes before it ended. Despite being close to closing time, items that were running low at the buffet were replenished, which was greatly appreciated. Thank you for the thoughtful service.

    Room with Onsen

    It was a stay for my parents, both around 80 years old. I made the reservation thinking it would be a safe and comfortable place to stay since it is slightly away from the city center and has a spacious parking lot. After their stay, they seemed very satisfied. They checked in at 3 PM, enjoyed a relaxing soak in the open-air onsen, had dinner at the neighboring facility "Agannassa," and slept soundly on twin beds. In the morning, they used the onsen in their room and had a hearty breakfast. They mentioned wanting to stay again.

    The hot water is soft.

    The Onsen is soft and really makes your skin beautiful. The Facility is quite old, but maintenance is good. The breakfast buffet could use more variety and local flavor.

    I used it for a stay at the end of the year.

    I use it every year. This time, I wanted my husband's father and mother, sister and her husband, and children to relax in the onsen, so we visited together. We had my husband's parents stay in a room with an onsen, and they were very pleased. Unfortunately, it was a busy time at the end of the year, but we received a call in the room asking us to change our 7:00 PM dinner reservation to 7:30 PM due to congestion. We went to the restaurant at the appointed time, but it was crowded. We were told to wait outside and waited in the hotel lobby for about 30 minutes, but there was no sign of being called. Several other guests were also waiting in the lobby, but when we asked again, the staff said, "We have just finished preparing." We waited more than an hour from our desired dinner time, and there was no apology. If we had that hour, we could have used the onsen facility and relaxed in the room, so it was disappointing that there was a lack of consideration. I fully understand that it is crowded with people everywhere during busy times, but I think staff consideration is necessary to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.

    Personal impressions

    During the trip, I needed to use a coin laundry, but there wasn't one at the Hotel. I had to walk to a nearby coin laundry, which was difficult.

    While family-friendly, the top floor is also comfortable for seniors!

    Room 804. Top floor. The room is excellent. A simple and spacious room with twin beds. An outer bathroom that makes full use of the width. On the left side, there is a bathtub with a jacuzzi. I thought it was heated water, but the jacuzzi water is also Onsen, and after entering, the skin becomes smooth. On the right side, there is a washbasin and toilet. (Except for some parts) Very functional. Few amenities. No disposable scrubbing towel. The refrigerator is also empty. Breakfast is an extremely simple buffet. The front desk is also polite. However, there is no porter. Unfortunately, it is far from Kumamoto Station (about 45 minutes by taxi due to traffic congestion, and the fare was quite expensive). It was a long weekend, and with the attached Onsen Facility, the parking lot was full.
