    Great Tomamu

    It was such a shame I could only stay for one night, but I left with wonderful memories. I would definitely love to stay much longer next time. All of the staff were extremely kind and welcoming. Special thanks to Dan, who shared so many fun and interesting stories with us during meals. I’d love to visit again.

    A Long-Awaited Return to Club Med

    It was my first time at Club Med in a while, and since I couldn't travel abroad, it felt like being overseas with fewer Japanese staff and an international atmosphere. The evening shows were lively and enjoyable for all generations. However, the variety of food seemed to have decreased, possibly due to rising costs, which was a bit disappointing.

    Awareness of workplaces for foreign part-time workers

    Reasonably priced at 30,000 yen per person, providing decent satisfaction. However, there was no guidance to the Room, requiring a return to the front desk and delays in entering. Some crew members avoided eye contact during activities, giving an international feel. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes with good seasoning, which was satisfying.

    There were deer in the hotel parking lot, showcasing the rich natural surroundings. The hotel, including the guest rooms, was clean and well-maintained. It was unfortunate that activities were limited for younger elementary school children. We did not use Minamina Beach as it was crowded with people. Overall, it was a lively and vibrant hotel with an international atmosphere.

    Extraordinary! An Exciting Experience-Based Hotel

    My first experience at Club Med! Bright and friendly staff, a high-energy bar, a live kitchen full of performances. I enjoyed trying various sports and wished to stay for several days. Next time, I’d love to visit Club Med Ishigaki Island!

    A hotel I want to visit again!

    I used it for my partner's birthday. The impression of the stay was truly "the best stay." There were plenty of activities, the staff called GOs were friendly, the facilities were clean, and the food was delicious—everything was perfect. Activities, shows, and dance parties are held every day from morning until midnight, so you can enjoy yourself without a moment's rest! If you want to spend a calm time, don't want to interact with people much, or don't like the overseas atmosphere, it might not be suitable for you. However, it's a hotel filled with extraordinary experiences that you can only have here, so I highly recommend trying it at least once. This time, we stayed for two nights, but we still couldn't enjoy everything, so I want to stay again! I want to come just for this hotel! That's how I felt. Also, when I contacted them in advance to order a cake for the birthday trip, the hotel gifted us a cake on the birthday itself. Furthermore, the GOs celebrated grandly, and the person was very happy, saying, "I want to extend my stay!" "I want to come again!" "I want to visit the same resort in another location!" with great excitement. I was surprised by the number of repeat visitors during our stay, but overall, it was the best hotel that makes you want to visit again! I highly recommend it to those considering it, and I want to bring my family too!

    It was very good!

    We moved to a mountain-side room from the second day. As a result, it was more relaxing and very nice. There were plenty of activities, and the children seemed to really enjoy themselves. We stayed for about 10 days and never got bored. We would like to repeat our stay.

    Feel like you're traveling abroad, even though you're in Japan!

    Most of the staff at Club Med Tomamu are foreigners, so the common language is English. Of course, I can hardly speak English, but I manage somehow with nuances and gestures. That's also part of the fun. Sometimes you can dine with the staff and hear various stories, which is also enjoyable. Additionally, the all-inclusive rate that covers meals and activities is very good. I think it's quite reasonable. I've been on several cruise trips, and Club Med is very similar to a cruise trip, which is another aspect I like. It's a hotel I would like to repeat visiting in the future.
