    It was really great.

    The meals were delicious, the staff were kind, and the Room was well cleaned, which was great. However, a hairbrush had been left on the washbasin in the large public bath changing area, making it inconvenient to use, and I would have liked a light outer layer to wear over the yukata.

    It was a good Hotel.

    This time, I stayed with my cousin and had a wonderful experience. The food, room, and Onsen were all excellent. The variety of dishes provided was so abundant that we couldn't finish them all, making it feel very worthwhile. The staff's smiles were lovely, and the manager kindly took a photo for us at the end. Thank you very much!

    Enjoy an open-air hot spring bath in the early autumn rain.

    At the beginning of October, I searched for nearby Hotels & Ryokans to attend an event at Okayama International Circuit in Mimasaka City over the weekend. As expected, many accommodations were fully booked or unavailable for reservations on weekends. However, I tried searching on IKYU.com and found "Hana no Yado Nishikien," which I successfully reserved. On the day of my stay, I was tired from walking around at the event, but the Onsen—especially the open-air bath in the rain—was amazing and completely rejuvenated me. (I also enjoyed a morning bath!) The staff at the front desk was friendly and approachable. The only downside was that meals were not included with my stay. I rested well on a futon instead of a bed (definitely felt like a true Japanese experience!). Thanks to this relaxing stay, I could fully enjoy the circuit event the next day without feeling tired. I’d love to stay here again!

    As the name "Flower ...

    As the name "Flower Accommodation" suggests, flowers are arranged everywhere, which I loved the most. The meals had a wide variety of dishes, and you could choose your main dish. Above all, the seasoning was excellent! I was completely satisfied.

    Warm hospitality

    We stayed at this accommodation for my son's inter-high school competition. First of all, the staff were all very warm and welcoming, which allowed us to feel at ease during our stay. The meals were diverse and enjoyable, with excellent flavors that left us completely satisfied. The bath could have been a bit more spacious, but since it was never crowded, we didn’t experience any inconvenience. It was a highly satisfying 2-night stay!

    The Sukiyaki Plan with premium Japanese Black Wagyu beef offered a generous and high-quality selection.

    The guest rooms are spacious and have a clean feel, possibly due to recent renovations, though the amenities were standard. The large public Onsen was enjoyable with its natural layout of gardens and open-air baths, but it was disappointing that there was no sauna and only water available as a post-bath drink. The sukiyaki dinner plan featured high-quality beef, and the unlimited refills of raw egg dipping sauce allowed us to enjoy it without hesitation. However, as an elderly couple, we found the portion size too large; despite usually finishing our meals, we left some sukiyaki uneaten, which felt wasteful. A "smaller portion plan" for light eaters would be a great addition. The pricing of Nishiki-en's plans offers good value compared to other Onsen facilities, making us eager to visit again.

    The courteous service was pleasant.

    I stayed from the end of the year to the beginning of the new year. The room was different from the Western-style room I imagined, and it was a Western-style room for young couples with no view outside from the room, which was a bit disappointing as it didn't have a relaxing atmosphere, so I rated it 3 points. However, the customer service was very good. The staff at the front desk, those guiding cars, and the dining area were all very polite, making my stay pleasant, so I rated it a perfect 5 points including the Onsen. In terms of Facility and equipment, I wanted water at night and went to the vending machine, but everything was sold out, which was disappointing. It would be helpful if the vending machine was located at the shop near the front desk rather than the large bath, so I wouldn't have to go out into the cold, and it would have been nice to have bottled water in addition to the cold water in the pot. From that point, I rated it 4 points. The meal was filling and delicious, so I rated it a perfect 5 points. However, the dining venue was cold, and I wished for heating that warmed from the feet. Also, it was nice to enjoy the New Year's fireworks from the window in the hallway in front of the elevator. The old infrastructure of the building is unavoidable, but it was covered by the politeness of the staff, and I felt I had a very pleasant stay. From the above, the overall satisfaction was rated 4 points.

    I was able to spend my time very leisurely.

    The room with a projector was very comfortable and luxurious! The private open-air bath was quiet, allowing us to enjoy the Onsen leisurely, and the meal (sukiyaki) was hearty with delicious meat, leaving us very satisfied. Thank you for the warm hospitality!!

    Overall satisfied

    The hospitality, the entire Ryokan, and the food were all very satisfying, but I think I would have been a bit more satisfied if there was a bit more variety in the amenities. However, I am very satisfied with choosing this Ryokan! Thank you very much!

    I was able to rest well and am satisfied. I would recommend it.

    I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff. The room seemed to have an Asian resort concept, and it was a calm and comfortable place to stay. There was a bath in the room, which was helpful since I wanted to relax in the room. The air conditioner might have been set incorrectly, but it made a loud noise and blew cold air (I had set it to cooling) at regular intervals, which was a bit bothersome as I was tired. The breakfast was delicious, and it was nice that the porridge was all-you-can-eat. Embarrassingly, I didn't know about Yunogo Onsen until I came nearby for an event, but I would recommend visiting for a refreshing experience with family and friends, including the hot spring town and nearby facilities.
