    The stay was satisfying, but the value for money was a bit questionable.

    The stay was comfortable, but the Facility felt dated in many places. The semi-open-air bath in the guest room was spacious enough, but it was almost completely open to the air, and we could clearly hear voices from next door. The meals offered a typical buffet selection.

    The Onsen has abunda...

    The Onsen has abundant hot water and is very good. The all-inclusive plan is great because all drinks are free. The food was average—neither particularly good nor bad. For breakfast, desserts were not replenished once they ran out, so it felt like first come, first served; I hope this can be improved.

    We stayed with my au...

    We stayed with my aunt and daughter, who recently started living alone in Sendai for university, to celebrate her birthday. Due to my aunt's health issues, we requested a sudden room change, and the staff promptly accommodated us, which was very helpful. Everyone at the front desk and restaurant was incredibly kind and provided warm service that allowed us to relax comfortably. We would love to stay here again if we have the chance. Thank you very much!

    Not satisfactory

    The air conditioner seemed to be broken, so a separate one was installed, which was noisy. The Room was small, the toilet was cramped, and the noise from the hallway was disturbing. The clock between the beds was also broken.

    Excellent customer service.

    The building, especially the hallways, feels a bit old, but the reserved room was renovated and very clean. The buffet featured creative dishes like grilled beef tongue, tempura of sasa-kama fish cake, tama-konnyaku, and zunda mochi, offering a delightful taste of Tohoku. The pickles served in the lobby were also very delicious. My family was extremely satisfied with the soft-serve ice cream and popcorn. The service was excellent overall and we were satisfied; however, there were some downsides such as fewer amenities compared to a Business Hotel, the private bath being too hot, and the coffee at the buffet not being great. Please note that if you're late for meals, you may be seated in a separate room. The morning bath is highly recommended as it’s usually empty!

    Private Open-Air Bath with Scenic View

    I stayed in a room with a private open-air onsen bath for about 53,000 yen. Honestly, I couldn't help but wonder if this quality was worth the price. The amenities were poor, the hairdryer was weak, the shower had low water pressure, and the private open-air onsen bath was too cold to enjoy—overall, it was disappointing. The public bath is one of the most extensive I've seen at any ryokan I know of. I recommend staying in a standard room and enjoying the public bath instead! Both breakfast and dinner were buffet-style, and everything was so delicious that I ended up overeating!

    Very good Onsen Hotel

    It was a very nice eco-conscious Onsen Hotel. We enjoyed delicious local cuisine and the riverside open-air Onsen bath. After bathing, the complimentary draft beer served in the lounge was excellent. The lobby exhibits featured items that conveyed a sense of history, which were interesting to view. The staff were very kind and courteous. Thank you very much indeed.

    One of the best Ryokan in recent years.

    In recent years, I have stayed at Ryokans with guest Room open-air baths in the Tohoku to Northern Kanto region, and this Ryokan is among the best. The Room was incredibly clean! The open-air bath in the Room was also spacious, and I was extremely satisfied. The meals were buffet-style, and while none of the dishes stood out as exceptional, they were all average in quality. However, I enjoyed trying a variety of dishes, so I had no complaints. Although it follows an all-inclusive style, the garlic-flavored snacks served in the lobby were surprisingly exquisite. I even wished I could take some home as snacks for the car ride back. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.

    The bath is nice.

    The all-inclusive service itself is fine. The welcome drink with unlimited beer, other alcoholic beverages, and soft drinks in the lounge is nice, but the garlic-flavored rusk was too strong and I couldn't eat more than a bite. Also, the dinner and breakfast were quite disappointing. I wonder if they have even tasted it? It would be acceptable if it were cheap, but the price does not match the content.
