    The location and service are excellent.

    This Hotel was an excellent base for enjoying the Churaumi Aquarium, Emerald Beach, the outdoor pool, and activities in Motobu Town. It also serves as a bus stop for various routes, which was convenient during the hot summer. The ocean-view Room offered breathtaking sunset views. The food was outstanding—especially the steak dinner and the croissants at breakfast. All of the staff were professional, efficient, and wonderful. Thank you!

    Recommended for guests who want to visit Churaumi Aquarium in the morning.

    About a 5–6 minute walk to Churaumi Aquarium, with excellent access. We left our room at 8:20 a.m. during Golden Week, entered the aquarium, and went straight to the whale shark tank. After enjoying it thoroughly, we returned to the Hotel once, checked out, and then went back for the dolphin show. Since we booked the Room without being too particular—thinking of it as a stay from returning from Junglia until an early visit to the aquarium—it fully served our purpose. Our Hotel Room was on the first floor (one level below reception) on the poolside, but there was a noticeable sewage smell in the unit bath that made it a bit uncomfortable. If you’re not staying for the Hotel itself and are considering it as a stopover, I think it’s a very good option.

    Great value for money!

    Stayed here to visit the Churaumi Aquarium. The staff were very welcoming, from storing luggage before check-in, placing luggage in the room beforehand, to their greetings in the morning and evening, as well as at the breakfast venue and shop. The room and bathtub were spacious for the price. Breakfast was excellent with tuna bowls, Okinawan dishes, and freshly baked croissants. There was also a free shuttle bus to Hanasaki Marche where we went for dinner. The highlight was visiting Churaumi Aquarium in the morning, having lunch at Bise Fukugi Tree Road, and then returning in the evening for a Kuroshio exploration tour to view tanks from above. There’s also a kids' corner available for use without hassle, so I’d love to stay here again with my grandchild next time.

    The building is quit...

    The building is quite old, with low ceilings that may feel a bit claustrophobic. There is no elevator. The shower temperature is unstable, making it inconvenient to use. The unit bath has noticeable discoloration, which may feel unhygienic. All the facilities within the property are also outdated. However, the customer service is excellent. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and provided outstanding service with a smile.

    We stayed here for our year-end trip to Okinawa. We chose the annex, but since it was a bit of a walk to the coin laundry and restaurant, families with small children might find the main building more convenient. The staff provided polite and attentive service. The Room was in an older building but was cleaned thoroughly and well-maintained. We only tried the breakfast buffet, which was average overall, though the freshly fried sata andagi were delicious. There is no large public bath on-site; we used one at an affiliated facility, but it was quite far away and inconvenient. Being within walking distance of Churaumi Aquarium was a major plus!

    Approximately a 7-minute walk to Churaumi Aquarium and about a 10-minute walk to Emerald Beach.

    Stayed for two nights in the annex with children. The location was convenient as it was right next to the aquarium, making it easy to visit early in the morning. We entered around 8:30 AM without waiting and enjoyed the exhibits without crowds. Breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. The annex room was spacious, with three sofas and two sinks, which were very convenient. Having a washing machine in the Room was extremely helpful, but it took about three hours for washing and drying (even though it said two hours), which was a bit challenging. There were also several errors during use. Liquid detergent pouches were provided, but we brought our own fabric softener. For the large public bath, we went to a nearby affiliated Hotel about 3 minutes away by car. However, parking there was quite full, so we had to walk a little from where we parked. The pool did not meet our expectations; it was very small and had insects floating on the surface, so our child refused to use it. The Room itself was spacious and comfortable for all three days of our stay. However, there were some insects around; insect repellent spray would be useful to bring along. Since bugs entered every time we opened the door, having insecticide might also be helpful. Overall, we were satisfied with how spacious everything felt!

    Hotel in the North

    Stayed in the Ocean Room for 3 nights with friends. A family-friendly Hotel with a nice atmosphere. Walking distance to Emerald Beach, with internet access and lifeguards available, which is great. The sea is deep, but there’s a small pool at the Hotel for water play if you feel uneasy. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and seemed to have slightly different menus each day. Conveniently within walking distance to a convenience store as well!

    This was my second s...

    This was my second stay at this accommodation. The location of this hotel is truly excellent! It's within walking distance to the aquarium, allowing us to enter smoothly right at opening time, which was very convenient. Additionally, the view of the sunset over the ocean from the hotel is absolutely breathtaking and never fails to impress no matter how many times I see it. The food at the restaurant was incredibly delicious, and we were completely satisfied with every dish we tried. The play area for children was also very clean, and our kids always look forward to playing there so much that they never want to leave. Next time we visit the aquarium, we definitely plan on staying at this hotel again! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

    Hotel near Churaumi Aquarium

    I chose this accommodation for its proximity to the Churaumi Aquarium. The hotel has an atmosphere that suggests it was very luxurious when first built. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes and was great value for money. I was very satisfied. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable to stay in. On the day of my stay, there were middle school students on a school trip staying as well. At check-in, the staff kindly mentioned that we could inform them immediately if there were any issues. Thank you for your consideration. The students from Osaka who stayed during my visit were well-behaved and caused no problems; however, after they went to their rooms, their teachers remained in the lobby talking loudly for an extended period, which felt unpleasant. The next day, another group from Kyoto had teachers giving instructions to students in the middle of the lobby where they gathered together, making it difficult to pass through comfortably—other guests did not seem to be considered. Since reception is located at the center of the entrance area with plastic containers stacked up around it, it gave off a cluttered impression. It might be better if reception were moved further into a designated space away from this area. Additionally—and I noticed others have mentioned this as well—it would have been appreciated if we had received prior notice via email about large school groups staying at the same time. While this wouldn’t have changed my decision to book here, entering what should feel like a relaxing resort only to encounter large groups of noisy middle schoolers immediately upon arrival completely disrupted that mood—it was disappointing in that regard.

    It was nice that the...

    It was nice that the Churaumi Aquarium was nearby. The Room had a proper sea view and I think the size was average. Since there were three of us, the sofa turned into a bed. The Room was a bit dusty on the walls and carpet. The bathroom in the Room had body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and face soap, which was helpful. Amenities were available in the lobby, where you could freely take toothbrushes and razors, and there were also toothbrushes for children. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety, with no items running out, and included Okinawan dishes, which we enjoyed. It's nice that the aquarium is close by. The shop is small, but there is a convenience store nearby.

    This is my fourth time using this facility. Although the facility is old, there were no particularly inconvenient areas, and I was able to stay without any issues. It would be convenient if the lighting could be controlled from one location.
