    Cool!

It was cool, and there were both a lukewarm free-flowing Onsen (the source is around 38°C) and a slightly heated bath, which made it perfect for a summer getaway. The meals were also delicious, with just the right portions. In particular, the tea and the aroma of freshly grated wasabi were wonderful—honestly, just rice with wasabi and ochazuke might be the best. It felt like a real treat. Maybe everything tastes better because the water is so pure. Since I went into the Onsen several times, I wished there were extra towels available, and I personally noticed a slight odor on the pillow, so I’m deducting one star—but my companion didn’t mind at all and was very satisfied with the spacious Room. Personally, I think a slightly smaller Room here would have been fine too, even with meals in a shared dining hall (it’s easier on the budget, and somehow that feels more in keeping with this Accommodation’s atmosphere). The view is beautiful, and it seems like you could enjoy the scenery right in front of you in any season.

    Excellent hot spring water quality

After pushing through a long, difficult road, we finally reached an Onsen with rich, silky-smooth water. Most guests seemed to be here for the natural hot spring source. The Room was comfortable, and the meals were delicious with a wide variety of dishes. I truly felt how much care and effort goes into everything. The gamecock hot pot and wasabi were especially delicious. Thank you very much.

The Onsen was simply wonderful. I was soothed by the luxurious free-flowing natural hot spring water of exceptional quality. The meals were delicious, and the hostess’s cheerful greetings lifted my spirits. It was very quiet—perfect for a relaxing stay.

The hostess's unpretentious hospitality was warm and welcoming. Every meal was delicious, and I especially loved the salt-grilled Amago fish and the homemade ice cream for dessert. Although there is no open-air bath or sauna, the indoor baths offer both lukewarm natural Onsen water and heated hot water, allowing you to alternate between them for a very relaxing experience. The slightly silky texture of the Onsen water felt truly wonderful. The room was clean, surprisingly spacious, and exceeded my expectations. Hearing the sound of the river added to its charm. While some parts of the facility are older, the room itself was very clean and did not feel uncomfortable at all.

Private bath reservations would make it perfect.

The dishes are prepared by a single chef, but the taste is excellent. The staff is kind, and the service is great. While the amenities are minimal, they are acceptable considering the affordable accommodation cost. The room was clean as well. The quality of the hot spring water is outstanding; however, due to the small size of the bath, it can be difficult to use if someone else is already inside. It’s fine for families or friends to share, but it feels just right for two people at most. Since there are only a few rooms available, it might be better to adopt a private bath system without requiring reservations—similar to other small ryokans—where guests can use an "occupied/vacant" sign and lock the door when in use regardless of gender. This could make things more convenient for everyone. Perhaps this issue arose because I stayed on a busy Saturday... With such reasonable accommodation costs, delicious meals, and wonderful hot spring water, finding a way to enjoy baths more freely would make this place perfect!

    The best Onsen experience ever.

The silky smooth water was the best Onsen, making us want to soak in it forever. The large public bath was close to the Room, so we enjoyed multiple visits. Both dinner and breakfast were incredibly delicious. Although it was an old Accommodation, it was impeccably clean, allowing us to spend a very comfortable time. We would love to visit again.

The hot water and the landlady are excellent.

The building is old but clean and well-maintained. Both breakfast and dinner are very deliciously seasoned. I visited during a very cold season, but it was disappointing that there were no tabi socks and no water provided in the Room. (There was none in the bathroom changing room either.)

    Very satisfied with the hospitality.

Cuisine: Everything was very delicious, and I felt the heartfelt care. Despite the large number of dishes, the content was not heavy, which was good. However, it was a bit disappointing that the chicken in the hot pot was less than in the photo. Bath (Onsen): The quality of the spring was excellent. The bathroom and bathtub were small, but since it was not crowded, there was no problem. Room: I wanted a power outlet near the pillow. It was at the foot where the futon was laid, so it came out during the night. The hostess was a friendly and cheerful wonderful person. Thank you very much.
