    Four-generation family trip

    We stayed here with four generations of our family, including our elderly parents. The Room was spacious and very relaxing. Our grandchild loved the kids’ room and played to their heart’s content. The open-air bath in the sky had an amazing view and was wonderful. All the staff were kind, making it a great Accommodation. Thank you very much.

    We were satisfied with the delicious food.

    When traveling with my elderly mother, we often Reserve a Room with an open-air bath, but this time we booked a Room with a footbath for the first time. The footbath required no changing clothes, and we could relax and soak while leisurely gazing at the sea. My mother loved it and used it many times. We were looking forward to watching the sunset from the footbath, but unfortunately we couldn’t because of the cloudy sky. We’d like to try again next time. Also, dining in a semi-private setting allowed us to relax and truly enjoy the dishes. Every dish made with local ingredients was delicious. The simmered fish was especially good, and I wished we could have had rice with it. I would have appreciated being asked, “If you’d like, shall we bring your rice earlier?” If possible, serving it in a rice pot would be even better so we could eat at our own pace. It felt like there were many new staff members for this season, but everyone was refreshing and hardworking—it was wonderful to see. Thank you very much for taking care of us.

    The weather was nice.

    The view from the Room was wonderful, and we really enjoyed the open-air bath. However, although the staff may have been following a manual, there were many moments when their wording and explanations of the meals seemed questionable. At breakfast, they cheerfully brought over what they said they had forgotten—an oshibori towel and a rolled omelet—but the omelet had dried out from sitting too long. We hope you will review basic service standards and proper serving practices. The Room was well cleaned and very tidy, but we were concerned that a large area of green moss had spread across the deck where the open-air bath is located.

    Body, mind, and soul... all rejuvenated!

    A Hotel I've always wanted to visit! Rarely seen these days, the service was impeccable. Dinner was a creative Kaiseki meal and absolutely perfect! Both seafood and mountain delicacies were delicious and extremely satisfying! The interior is clean and well-maintained, making for a very pleasant stay. Although it's a bit far from the highway, it's definitely worth the trip! Highly recommended Hotel!

    Accommodation after four years

    This accommodation is conveniently located near Palm Beach, offering opportunities for marine leisure activities. The onsen is excellent, the meals are delicious, and the amenities are top-notch!

    I had a relaxing stay. I would like to use it again for next year's Morimichi event.

    The Room was clean and spacious, and having a water dispenser in the Room was very convenient. The Room with a foot bath provided a unique and extraordinary experience. The bath also had great views, which made it very enjoyable. If I had to mention something, the hallway felt slightly like a hospital, and the amenities were average, but there were no significant negative points.

    Cost-effectiveness and convenience

    This Onsen accommodation was wonderful, breaking the stereotype that meals always come with two servings. They were very accommodating, and I was extremely satisfied.

    It was excellent.

    The service, food, and room were all excellent. In particular, the service was very polite and pleasant in terms of language and demeanor. Thank you for even giving us a souvenir on our way home. One unfortunate thing was that there seemed to be insects in the room. When we woke up in the morning, everyone in the family had bites—perhaps from mites or mosquitoes? Our child, whose yukata had come loose during sleep, had bites all over their body... Maybe it was just bad luck... Still, the exceptional service made us think it’s okay after all. Thank you very much!

    A kind and cozy Stays.

    I used the property for an onsen trip with friends, also serving as a year-end party. Thanks to the consideration of the stays, we were unexpectedly upgraded to a room with an open-air bath, which made everyone very happy. The room was spacious, the bath in the room was pleasant, and the view was very charming and nice. Additionally, there was an inari sushi service at check-in, which was also very delicious. We were very satisfied with the meals in the morning and evening, and the late-night ramen was also tasty. There was no shortage of food, and it was a service that left our stomachs satisfied. If there is an opportunity, I would like to book a room with an open-air bath from the start next time. It was a 1-night, 2-day stay that blew away the fatigue of the year. Thank you very much.
