    Beautiful sunsets.

    The open-air bath in the Room was too hot, so I had to add a lot of water before I could use it. The restaurant curtain was torn.

    We stayed in a Room ...

    We stayed in a Room with an open-air bath. Overall, we were satisfied with everything—the bath, the meals, and the service. We had a wonderful time. The in-room open-air bath while looking out at the sea was very comfortable. The large public bath was also very spacious and not crowded, so we could relax and enjoy it. Both dinner and breakfast were beautifully presented, and we enjoyed them very much—especially the grilled abalone and shabu-shabu. We deducted a few points because the parking lot is far away (which could be difficult in rainy weather), there are limited choices for meal times, the Room does not have an automatic lock, and noise from the hallway carries easily, but overall we think it is a great Accommodation that we can recommend to friends.

    Thank you to all the staff.

    I was looking for a room with an open-air bath and found this accommodation. I thought the bath was quite large, but when I arrived at the room, I was amazed by its size. Unfortunately, it was cloudy, but I imagine the sunset would be beautiful on a clear day. The room was spacious and very comfortable for two people to relax in. If I had to mention something, it would be that the lighting in the washroom could be a bit brighter. As for meals, I saw reviews mentioning that the portions were small, but I found them just right. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, which was wonderful. Thank you very much! I look forward to visiting again.

    I was disappointed.

    This time, I stayed for one night in a sixth-floor room with an open-air bath, with no meals included. The check-in explanation was straightforward and smooth. Upon entering the room, it felt spacious and tidy. There was an open-air bath in the room which got me excited, so I immediately got in. Here's where the problem started: there was an aluminum cap (likely from a drink consumed by a previous guest) submerged in the bath. Not noticing it, I stepped on it with my bottom and injured myself. I was shocked to think that they hadn't drained the water. I went straight to the front desk and explained the situation to a young male staff member; then someone who seemed like his superior came out of a room smiling and said "sorry" casually without even apologizing for my injury or acknowledging it properly. They insisted that they do drain the water regularly but told me to refill if I'm concerned about cleanliness. When I pointed out that during cleaning they should have noticed if there were any caps left after draining, unbelievably he suggested maybe it blew in by wind or something ridiculous like that—this might make sense if we were on ground level but this is on the sixth floor! Moreover, there's large glass before reaching outside at this open-air bath area—it’s unbelievable. There was nothing mentioned during pre-payment nor at checkout either. Overall experience left me feeling unpleasant. I usually don't write reviews but couldn't accept what happened here. The view itself is beautiful which made this all more disappointing as I had been looking forward to enjoying my stay. I never want to go back again because such negligence seems beyond common sense standards here.

    I was able to relax.

    This was my third stay. If you look closely, there are some old and broken parts, but I think it is at a level where it can somehow pass. There were no problems with the customer service, and I had a very pleasant time. The meals were also satisfactory in both quality and quantity. Above all, the accommodation fee with meals is very reasonable these days. The disappointing part this time was that the open-air bath attached to the room was lukewarm. There was a warning that "since it is a free-flowing hot spring, please be careful," but in reality, it took quite a while for my body to warm up. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

    I visited for the first time in a while.

    I visited looking forward to the meals, but both dinner and breakfast felt less satisfying than before. I don't need the original curry. I wanted to eat roast beef.
