I stayed alone as an adult male. The live spiny lobster sashimi made with a whole lobster, and the assorted sashimi platter… thank you for the wonderful meal. The building seemed to have been renovated and was clean, but the tatami in the room was quite worn—so much so that bits of the tatami surface stuck to my clothes. The bath has a small changing area. However, since no one else was using it, I could bathe comfortably. Note: boiler exhaust fumes drifted in, so I closed one of the bathroom windows. Additional note: After returning home, I compared prices for the same Plan for the same period in the following month and found that IKYU was 2,000 yen more expensive than the Accommodation’s official website price of 14,300 yen.

Dinner is delicious!
As the name suggests, it was a delightful accommodation. We booked the standard plan for meals, and it was very filling. The sashimi of live Ise lobster was especially impressive. The dining area was private, which was great for families with children. There were also baby chairs available. The room was clean. Although a few light bulbs were out, we had no issues during our stay. The first floor had the bath and dining area, while the second floor housed the guest rooms, so we felt at ease even when our child moved around energetically. We could hear a neighboring baby at night but it wasn’t too bothersome. Overall, it was an excellent experience!
