  Open-air baths are highly recommended.

  The open-air bath is highly recommended. Especially, the recently built "Fuju no Yu," located in a secluded area facing Lake Togo with an unobstructed view, is exceptional. It's a perfect spot to relax in a quiet setting. The meals are average, neither outstanding nor disappointing. This Ryokan is ideal for those who prioritize enjoying the scenery and relaxing in the open-air bath over other aspects. Please note that the Ryokan building itself is old.

  Both dinner and breakfast were very delicious. It is a Ryokan I would like to visit again.

  The Ryokan, which ha...

  The Ryokan, which has a history of hosting famous people, had a very nice Onsen. However, I think there were not enough staff, as there were many moments of confusion due to the lack of explanations overall. I understand they were busy during meals, but there was still a lack of explanation, and I had to ask questions to understand things like the hot pot. I felt it was unfortunate that there was no menu, which would have prevented the staff from being interrupted. I imagined fresh crab for the 40,000 yen per person for a one-night, two-day stay with meals, but it was not the taste I expected. Even with the full discount applied, it was very disappointing. It is a lovely Ryokan. I just wished I could feel a bit more of the spirit of hospitality, which I thought was a bit presumptuous of me.

  すごく楽しみにして行ったのに、部屋はネッ...

  すごく楽しみにして行ったのに、部屋はネットで見たよりかなり狭く感じた。アミニティは一切部屋に置いていない。出発日２日前に予約したから仕方ないが、部屋はがっかり。接客対応もイマイチ。仲居さんらしき人の説明もよく分からないし、何回も同じことを聞きにきた。ご飯は普通だが、ビールなど中々持ってこない。足湯と貸し切り風呂が無料なのは良かったが、価格の割に、全体的に残念な感じ。一休で予約したら、よいところと期待しすぎたのか、全体的に残念な感じ。リピートはないかな。

  この度は養生館をご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございました。 お部屋でございますが、２部屋とも８畳の広い方のお部屋にさせていただきましたが、お気に召されなかったようで、申し訳ございませんでした。 アメニティにつきましては、「プラスチック資源循環促進法」に伴い、お部屋ではなくロビーにてお客様がご必要な分だけお部屋にお持ちいただくようお願いしております。こちらの説明不足でご迷惑をおかけし、申し訳ございませんでした。 客室係を含めた接客サービス等、スタッフ一同話し合いながらサービスの向上に努めてまいりたいと思います。 貴重なご意見ありがとうございました。
