    The Onsen is extremely hot.

    A couple in their 70s who travel with Onsen and meals as their only enjoyment. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, but it was disappointing that there was almost no explanation of the ingredients or dishes even when we asked. The large public bath was extremely hot and we couldn’t get in, and there wasn’t even a faucet to add cold water, so it felt like there was no point in staying at an Onsen Accommodation, which was very disappointing.

    Great service and dining, but only the accessibility was disappointing!

    At the end of the year, I stayed with my elderly parents. Since my mother needed a walker, I was a bit worried due to the lack of barrier-free information in the facility, but prioritized having a private bath and an onsen in the room due to the influenza outbreak. As a result, although the property was not barrier-free, the staff provided such considerate care that it was a very pleasant stay. The parking lot is several tens of meters away, but they offered valet parking for my mother and assisted us in areas with steps. The quality of the onsen was excellent, and our family felt warm and cozy. Although the building is old, it has been renovated and was thoroughly cleaned.

    The Onsen is good.

    Stay for a family of four. Tsubaki Room with a bath. My 87-year-old father was very pleased to be able to take a bath without having to move. In Tokyo, Hakone is common, but the hot springs of Kirishima are exceptional. It is a cozy property, but the warm hospitality was very satisfying. The meals were delicious, but the seasoning seemed a bit strong. I look forward to dishes that make the most of the ingredients again.

    If staying in Kirishima, choose Oyado Hanamizuki.

    The large public bath can be enjoyed privately with the scent of sulfur. The water was soothing. The smooth water leaves your skin moisturized without the need for cosmetics. As it is a cozy Stays, meals are served quietly, with warm dishes being warm and delicious. The Room has also been renovated, and it was nice and clean down to the details. For an adult trip, if you want to quietly enjoy Onsen and meals, I recommend Oyado Hanamizuki!
