    The breakfast is delicious.

    The building is old, but the Onsen and breakfast were excellent.

    Overall, it feels dark!

    The expression of the woman at check-in was gloomy, and the spacious lobby lacked energy, making me feel uneasy upon arrival. The Room was on the 4th floor and had a sunken kotatsu-style area, which was nice! However, while I was in the bath, they came to lay out the futon. When I returned, they had turned off all the lights, leaving the Room pitch dark! I could barely see with light from outside but it startled me. In the morning when heading to the bath, not a single staff member greeted me with "Good morning." Reluctantly, I said "Good morning" first and only received a nod in response. At breakfast in the dining area, some older women stared at me as if glaring; it made me uncomfortable and unable to enjoy my meal properly. When handing over my feedback form after filling it out, there wasn’t even a word of acknowledgment (nor did I receive any small token gift); they just placed it aside without comment! Did someone responsible actually review this? Hopefully so! It feels like this Hotel is stuck in an outdated style of operation. Unfortunately, I will not be returning again!

    Wonderful

    The Onsen was excellent. Reasonably priced and the meals were decent, it's a Hotel I would like to visit again.
