    Open-air Bath

    The outdoor hot spring water is very lukewarm, so please be cautious in winter. As it is cold, you may rush to the bath, but unlike the indoor bath, the floor can be quite slippery—please take care! The separately ordered spiny lobster was overcooked. Other than that, good value for money and the Room was clean.

    Disappointing service despite being a seafood seller.

    We were looking forward to enjoying a seafood dinner with dishes like octopus, pufferfish, and large clams, but we were disappointed. Sashimi and warm dishes were served all at once, causing the warm food to cool down. When we asked about the sashimi of the day, the response was curt: "It's sea bream and some other things." It felt as though they wanted us to finish quickly rather than providing a hospitable dining experience. We will not be returning.

    The staff's service ...

    The staff's service was somewhat curt, but both dinner and breakfast were delicious! It would be even better if the dinner dishes were explained more thoroughly and the front desk had a brighter atmosphere.

    The other day, my husband and I stayed at your property. The room was very clean, and the bath was also very clean, making it a very nice stay. The meals were very delicious, and we were very satisfied to be able to enjoy such a meal at this price. There were two points I would like you to consider regarding the washroom in the large public bath, so I have written them here. First, the paper placed in the large public bath was paper towels instead of tissues. It seems that the men's bath was the same. Since we have towels in the bath, it would be very convenient if you could place tissue paper instead of paper towels, especially when applying makeup, so I would appreciate your consideration. Also, one more point is that the entrance to the women's bath is visible from the outside, so if you are entering alone and there is only one pair of slippers, it becomes apparent that only one person is inside, which may not be ideal. I stay at various properties, and usually, when the women's bath is visible from the outside, there is often one pair of slippers placed even if no one is inside. There is no guarantee that a man won't try to enter if there is only one person, so I would appreciate your consideration from a security perspective. If possible, I would like to visit again, so thank you in advance.
