As everyone says, it’s old, but

That said, it offers excellent value for money. Right in front of the aquarium, with a Starbucks nearby as well, I think it’s an ideal Hotel for families with young children.

An affordable hotel with a beautiful ocean view.

We stayed in a larger room, so it felt very spacious, and the bathroom was huge. Booking early comes with a great early-bird discount. The lobby air conditioning is very cold, which is excellent. The balcony faces the ocean and offers a beautiful sea view. There’s a Starbucks within walking distance of the hotel, and OP Onigiri also has a branch nearby, so it’s very convenient for food. Unfortunately, the in-room Facility feels a bit outdated, and you need to turn on an additional switch for hot water before you can take a shower. The loft room has windows, so once the sun comes up in the morning, you’ll naturally wake up from the sunlight—bring an eye mask if you want to sleep in. Overall, it’s still a nice hotel. I hope they can update their hardware facilities, and I’d be happy to stay again.

    Second stay

This is my second stay. The Room is spacious and perfect for traveling with children (two boys). Although it feels a bit dated in places, it’s close to Churaumi Aquarium, so I think it’s not bad.

We were completely satisfied and had a great stay.

The scenery was beautiful, and the food was delicious. We had lots of fun in the pool as well. We’re very glad we stayed here.

The service and meals were good. However, the Facility is clearly aging. The air conditioner temperature was difficult to adjust. The drains seemed clogged throughout, and it did not feel properly cleaned. In the bath, when changing the shower temperature, the water would stop running. The large public bath was too crowded to use.

Relax and unwind at your own pace.

This is my third stay at this accommodation. What I like about it is the relaxed atmosphere without any stiffness. The room, though a bit old, is kept clean. The meals are buffet-style only, but there’s a decent variety and they’re delicious. It has plenty of resort hotel vibes and offers excellent value for money. The location is perfect, right in front of Ocean Expo Park. I also love that it’s situated in the laid-back town of Motobu. Jangalia is less than a 30-minute drive from here by car.

    For budget-conscious travelers

Stayed for 2 nights with children. The Facility is quite old, and I was shocked upon entering the Room. The images on the website might be outdated. The bathroom and toilet in the Room have a retro Showa-era feel and a slight musty smell. There is a large public bath, so bathing was fine. There’s also a heated pool, which can be enjoyed even in winter. Meals are standard buffet-style, but staff are quick to clear dishes, making it hard to eat leisurely. The menu differs between breakfast and dinner, which was helpful. Note that alcohol cannot be ordered individually; only an all-you-can-drink option for 1,500 yen is available. Near the Hotel, there are good restaurants like pork shabu-shabu places, Okinawan izakayas, and Okinawa soba shops—dining out might be better. Wi-Fi is weak, so smartphone users should take note. However, it’s affordable accommodation if you go without high expectations.

    First-time Use

Close to the Churaumi Aquarium and reasonably priced, which was great. However, the hotel felt quite dated, especially the bathroom (unit bath), where mold was noticeable. Additionally, hair from previous guests was found in the sink and bathroom, making it seem like cleaning wasn't thorough. Breakfast had a decent variety of menu options and was tasty.

Old property. The only advantage is its proximity to Churaumi Aquarium.

The accommodation is clean and does not give a dirty impression, but the overall lighting is dim, and the facility feels quite old. Comfort during the stay was limited. As for meals, both taste and content were unsatisfactory, which was disappointing given our expectations. Additionally, there was water leakage from the air conditioner in the guest room, requiring a 2-3 hour wait for repairs. While explanations and responses were provided, this issue significantly impacted our experience. In terms of location, its proximity to Churaumi Aquarium is commendable. However, considering other aspects such as facilities, meals, comfort, and service overall, it did not feel like an accommodation experience worth its price. Unless proximity to the aquarium is your sole priority, it may be safer to consider other accommodations.

    10th Night

The final day of a 10-night stay. The noise from the 10th-floor floor was a bit loud, but overall it was good! Next time, I think I'll request a Room on the 10th floor.

    Fracture Inside

I stayed for a total of 10 nights this time. The result was an excellent Hotel. Three days before the trip, I unfortunately fractured my face and was in the worst condition. At the Hotel, the first Room had a toilet that wouldn't flush, but it was repaired immediately. I had reserved a maisonette Room, but since I hadn't anticipated getting injured, opening the heavy door to the upstairs Room caused pain in my bones, and going up and down the stairs was difficult due to my condition. After one night, I requested to Change the Reservation to an ocean-view Room. Receptionist S was very accommodating and quickly changed my Room for me. I am deeply grateful to S—thank you so much! The breakfast included many soft foods that were perfect for me under these circumstances. Additionally, it is conveniently located just 3 minutes from the aquarium and 30 minutes from Jungleria. While I also checked out Jungleria's official hotel options, I personally recommend this one more highly. Although there were many school trip students staying during this period, we didn’t overlap with them at all thanks to thoughtful arrangements by Hotel staff. My child also said they would love to stay here again!

    Best value for money

On a Sunday after the rainy season in July, I decided to book this accommodation, thinking it would be crowded but couldn't resist the incredible value of a stay with two meals included at this price. Before arriving, I imagined it would be busy, especially with many families and children, and expected long lines at check-in, crowded dinner and breakfast, and even fully occupied poolside deck chairs. I also assumed the room would be old, dimly lit, and inconvenient. However, all of these expectations were completely overturned. To my surprise, there was no line at the check-in counter. The front desk staff provided polite and efficient service, leaving a great impression. The room was bright with a wonderful view, as it faced the pool, allowing plenty of sunlight and making the stay very comfortable. I managed to secure a poolside deck chair by heading there immediately after check-in. Although the pool quickly filled with guests, the deck chairs provided a relaxing resort-like experience. Dinner, which I attended early, was surprisingly not crowded at all. The food was delicious, and with unlimited alcohol included, I couldn't believe the value for the price. Breakfast was indeed busy, but the hotel had opened a second venue to accommodate guests, avoiding any chaotic situations. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised and thoroughly satisfied with my stay. Although I noticed signs indicating a "high school group" in the facility, it did not affect my experience, likely due to the hotel's well-thought-out operations. This has become one of the accommodations I would love to stay at again.

    Great value for money

About 2 hours by bus from Naha Airport, or 1.5 hours by rental car. The Hotel is not brand new or extremely fancy, but it offers a large public bath for relaxation. Start your day refreshed with a morning bath followed by a delicious breakfast. Right in front of the Hotel, there is an affiliated hotel with many restaurants ranging from affordable to high-end options, so you won't have trouble finding dinner. For those planning a Multiple Night Stay, there's also a pool available. During summer vacation, it's just 10,000 yen per person—no complaints! Churaumi Aquarium and JUNGLIA are within 30 minutes to an hour away.

    Fully Enjoy!

    - Affordable rates (Prices may vary depending on the season, but it was very budget-friendly.) - Spacious rooms (There were various types available; we chose a Japanese-Western style room with a kitchen.) - Great view (Among the three buildings, the middle high floor is recommended! You can see the pool, ocean, and Minna Island. Unfortunately, we couldn't see the sunset directly, but the red-tinted sky and sea were beautiful.) - Large public bath (Though slightly dated, it features a large rock bath. It was never crowded during our visits.) - Adjacent to a market (The two shops downstairs are highly recommended.) - Shuttle service (Runs approximately once an hour with free shuttle service to Churaumi Aquarium. It takes about 5 minutes to get there.) - Child-friendly services (Baby goods sets including toothbrushes and towels are provided. Indoor wear starting from 90cm sizes is available. You can reserve items like diaper bins and bed guards; baby cribs are available for an additional fee. There’s also a kids' play area for children to enjoy.) - Breakfast (A wide variety of Okinawan dishes! Blue Seal ice cream was also included.) - Staff members (Everyone was kind and helpful.) We were extremely satisfied with experiencing such a resort feel at this price!

Overall satisfied, but might not return.

We stayed as a family with children. During the summer vacation period, we chose this hotel for a 3-night stay at approximately 190,000 yen because it met our criteria of having a pool and being near an aquarium. Other luxury hotels in the same area with similar conditions were priced at 2 to 3 times more, so we decided on this one. The room felt old and had a slight musty smell, but we got used to it. There were no large insects, which was reassuring. The floor felt sticky, so we wore the provided slippers. The futon in the tatami area felt thin; I wished there were two layers for better comfort. Although I was aware of the unit bath beforehand, it wasn’t ideal for relaxing fully. However, the room cooled properly and was comfortable overall. Room cleaning was done every other day, and the cleaning staff were pleasant to interact with. The public bath was crowded but visiting right when it opened made it less busy—timing is key here! Similarly for the pool: avoiding peak hours (or going before check-in time if you have a multiple night stay) made it enjoyable. Having lifeguards always present added peace of mind. Noise from footsteps above could be heard slightly in our room on occasion; however, sounds from neighboring rooms or outside were well-blocked. The breakfast buffet didn’t have any standout dishes but offered safe choices overall—having ice cream and watermelon available was nice though! There weren’t services like welcome drinks or bringing missing items directly to your room or carrying luggage up to your room—it’s reflective of what you pay for here. If you’re looking for such hospitality services, you’d need to spend more elsewhere—it’s just how things are these days with rising costs everywhere!

Overall, it was a satisfying Hotel.

Stayed with a dinner and breakfast included plan, and the dinner buffet offered 90 minutes of all-you-can-eat and drink (including alcohol)! The food was delicious, and we enjoyed the drinks as well! The pool was spacious, allowing children to have fun to their heart's content. The room had some steps, so caution is needed for elderly guests. Other than that, everything was satisfactory. Highly recommended accommodation!

    Convenient

The hotel was conveniently located with a bus stop right in front, making it easy to get anywhere. There was a convenience store nearby, and the shuttle bus to Churaumi Aquarium was very helpful. The in-room wear had a smooth fabric and was comfortable to wear, with pockets that were very handy. However, I found it a bit odd that many people wandered around the breakfast area and inside the hotel wearing white room slippers. There were also cute in-room wear options for children. Breakfast didn’t have an extensive variety but included Okinawan dishes and showed thoughtful preparation, which I appreciated. The public bath was a bit hard to find but always quiet whenever I visited, allowing me to relax fully. Although it’s far from the airport, it’s great for those who want a peaceful stay. With Hanasaki Marche next door offering plenty of food options, there’s no need to worry about meals either! We were blessed with good weather and had an enjoyable stay overall. Thank you!

    The price may be low...

The price may be low, but the room felt like an old ryokan, and the bedding had a musty smell. The crowding in the large public bath was also surprising. While onsen facilities often have staff cleaning and organizing, I didn’t see anyone like that at all. I arranged this for my family, but I felt sorry for them.

    Except for the location...

I was surprised that IKYU allows reservations for hotels of this level, as I trusted IKYU to be high-level and reliable compared to other sites. The standard room was very different from the photos. The floor itself also showed noticeable cracks and rust. Additionally, while the front desk informed us that breakfast was available until 10:00 AM, the restaurant closed the buffet at 9:30 AM and told us we had to leave by 9:50 AM. It may seem like a small difference, but being rushed during a vacation only heightened our disappointment. Overall, it was an unsatisfactory stay.
