  Some of the Facility...

  Some of the Facility felt a bit dated, but all the staff who assisted us were very kind, and we were able to enjoy a comfortable stay.

  An Accommodation you’ll want to visit again, with thoughtful attention to every detail.

  We enjoyed a crab kaiseki meal, and every dish was carefully prepared and truly delicious, allowing us to fully savor the winter flavors of the San’in region. The Room was equipped with a massage chair, so after warming up in the Onsen we could relax and loosen up at our own pace, making our stay very comfortable. It felt as though the fatigue from our trip simply melted away, and we appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail. When we arrived by car, three staff members welcomed us, and their warm greeting immediately brought a smile to our faces. Throughout our stay, every staff member was courteous and pleasant, which made us feel at ease. We felt that the excellent hospitality further enhances this Accommodation’s appeal. It was a highly satisfying stay where both body and mind could truly rest. We would love to visit again.

  Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.

  The exterior feels a bit dated, but the Room was very clean, and there was also a massage chair. Thanks to the upgrade, we were able to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay. The food was delicious, and the Onsen was spacious and very pleasant to use. One minor disappointment was the Onsen temperature: it was too hot at night to stay in for long, while in the morning it felt a bit lukewarm and it took time to warm up. That said, overall we were very satisfied with our stay. Thank you very much.

  I stayed here with m...

  I stayed here with my wife. The Accommodation had a calm, traditional Japanese atmosphere, and we were able to relax and enjoy a truly restful time. The Onsen water felt gentle on the skin and helped us fully unwind from everyday fatigue. The kaiseki meal, made with local ingredients, was delicious throughout and very satisfying. The staff were courteous and pleasant, making our stay a wonderful memory for us as a couple. We would love to return if we have the opportunity.

  The meals were excellent.

  The property has been renovated, but since the building is old, I thought this feeling was inevitable. However, the dinner was good. The sashimi was fresh, the kamameshi was delicious, and the petit dessert showed the care of the stays. The massage chair was also appreciated. Furthermore, the 5% discount on souvenirs at the shop was a small delight. Thank you for taking care of us.

  The food is delicious.

  Very satisfied

  The staff at the inn were all very courteous, allowing us to have a very pleasant stay. We requested both dinner and breakfast, and they were very delicious. When I called to confirm the reservation, I was touched by the words, "Please take care on your way here. We look forward to your arrival," after the confirmation was completed. There were also small thoughtful touches throughout the facility, which made me think, "I see!" The room and bath felt a bit old, but they were properly cleaned. I am very satisfied. On a side note, I took a walk on the Kaike Onsen Kaiyu Beach in the morning, and it was very beautiful.
