  Exceeding Expectations

  I was very satisfied with my stay. The staff at the reception and dining area were very helpful, the bath was spacious and clean, and the meals were delicious. Also, Hana-chan, the Accommodation’s character, appears in various places and is both soothing and informative with helpful comments, which made me feel that a lot of thought has gone into the details. I would love to stay here again.

  Considering the price...

  Despite not being inexpensive, there were many self-service aspects, and the staff were not very helpful overall. The elevator was also far away.

  Thank you very much for staying with us. We also sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share your valuable feedback. We deeply apologize that, despite this being a special trip for you, our service did not meet your expectations and caused you discomfort. We regret that we were unable to provide hospitality commensurate with the price, and we take full responsibility for your dissatisfaction.   The meals are absolutely delicious.

  The dinner course was Japanese-based with a well-balanced Western twist, seasoned to pair nicely with wine, and we truly enjoyed it together with wine this time. The breakfast buffet offered both Japanese and Western options, and we could really feel the thoughtful touches throughout that made rice especially delicious. There were also premium grated Yamato yam and all-you-can-eat strawberries—unique items not found at other Accommodations—which felt fresh and were very tasty. We would definitely like to stay again.

  Recommended accommodation.

  We stayed at this accommodation on the last night of our trip to Hokkaido with family friends. Located just a 30-minute drive from Asahikawa City, it is a quiet onsen accommodation surrounded by nature. The onsen, room, and facilities were excellent. We are grateful for the kind and courteous service from the reception staff. We would love to stay here again if we have another opportunity. Thank you very much!

  Onsen Accommodation

  The onsen bath was spacious and comfortable. The post-bath relaxation area was also very large and had a great sense of openness. This accommodation seems to be well-known in the area for its day-use onsen. There was a constant flow of day-use onsen guests from the morning. The room was slightly larger than average, and it seemed newly renovated as it was very clean. The meals were reasonably tasty, but I wished for a bit more of an extraordinary experience.
