    Highly satisfied!

    Stayed with one adult woman and one boy who had just started elementary school. Since my son feels uneasy about bathing alone (and it’s difficult for him), we chose this Accommodation because advance Reservation for a private family bath is available. Done. The Room was a Japanese-style room—more spacious and open than it looked in the photos! We were happy with the great view of Lake Kawaguchi as well. Also, the staff were incredibly kind. The two women who served our in-room meals moved so smoothly that I wondered if they were cast members from a famous theme park in Chiba. They handled my energetic “Crayon Shin-chan”-type son so well, and I’m truly grateful. The front desk staff also seemed to work together cheerfully, which left a great impression—and they spoke fluent English when assisting international guests, which was wonderful. The meals were delicious and very generous—we couldn’t finish everything! The location is excellent too. Many Hotels only take same-day Reservations for private baths, and I couldn’t find many places where you can reserve the bath at the time of Reservation, so this was really valuable. Since we can only use the Onsen by using the family bath, this was extremely important for us. Thank you so much for allowing advance Reservation. It was so nice that I got nervous at checkout thinking, “Was it really this price?”—but the amount was exactly the same as at Reservation time! Haha My son also said, “When we come to Yamanashi again, let’s stay at this Hotel!” We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Yamanashi.

    A Refreshing Accommodation

    The accommodation had a great location and provided a simple, no-frills experience. During dinner, my child accidentally spilled juice. When I informed the staff, they responded with a smile but did not provide a change of clothes or cleaning supplies until I specifically requested them after some time had passed. The wet yukata and cushion were left as they were until I asked the bedding staff to remove them. While it was our fault, I now understand why other accommodations serve children's drinks in paper cartons or containers with lids. At this accommodation, the juice was served in regular glasses like those for adults, and their response afterward felt slightly disappointing. The interior of the facility was neat and tidy with artificial flowers instead of fresh ones. The room was average, and the staff performed their duties properly without excessive service gestures. I sincerely apologize for soiling the yukata and cushion during our stay. Thank you very much for your hospitality this time!

    A Ryokan with Stunning Views

    Located right in front of Lake Kawaguchi, the view from the rooftop open-air bath is stunning. Dinner is served in a private space, allowing for a relaxing experience. The Room is also clean and excellent.

    I stayed with my fam...

    I stayed with my family, including my grandmother. The atmosphere inside the facility was calm, allowing us to relax very much. The food was also very delicious and satisfying. I felt the hot spring was a bit small.

    Ordinary?

    Honestly, my impression is that it was average. There was nothing noteworthy. The dinner was delicious, but the small pot dish I was looking forward to was a chicken pot, and overall, it lacked a local feel, which was a bit disappointing. Also, the lock on the room's toilet was broken, and the open-air baths were designed in a way that made me worry if they were visible from outside. Overall, I thought it was a good inn, but considering the price, including the service, my impression is that it was really just average.
