    It was comfortable.

    We stayed with 4 people and 1 dog. The Room was odor-free, and we barely heard any other dogs, making it very comfortable. It would be nice to have a few more amenities. There was a note about limitations on the bathwater, but it turned out to be fine. Thank you!

    I felt there were various things that seemed wasteful.

    This was my second stay with the same group. The price is reasonable, so I didn't have high expectations and used it with that understanding. However, I felt that even the minimum basics were somewhat neglected. I was aware that the building and Room were old, but the futon and pillow had a damp smell or an unpleasant odor, which made me very uncomfortable. I ended up covering the pillow with my sleepwear to use it. Additionally, the Room smelled like a dog had urinated there, and although I only used the shower in the bathroom, the bathtub looked dirty as if it had been used already. Even if it's an old facility, I would appreciate better cleanliness. The sponge was also dirty and unusable. What bothered me most was the attitude of the female staff at the front desk during checkout in the morning. She didn't even say "Good morning!" It was my first time experiencing such behavior at a Hotel. It was disappointing to see such basic manners being ignored. Her attitude during checkout seemed like she found it bothersome, making me feel as if I had done something wrong. If basic greetings cannot be managed, I think it would be better to switch entirely to automated payment systems. Despite being an old Hotel, it has a charming atmosphere and is reasonably priced, which is why I chose to stay for a second time. However, there were many disappointing aspects overall. These are all issues that can be easily improved, so I hope you will consider addressing them.

    Satisfaction for those with dogs

    The price seemed reasonable without meals. I wish amenities like hairbrushes and cotton swabs were provided in the Room. Alternatively, it would have been nice to be informed at check-in that these items are available upon request. The dog run was freely accessible, which was great. Breakfast was an additional charge, but I ordered a hot dog and an open sandwich, both of which were delicious.
