    Relaxation

    The open-air bath in the detached Accommodation was very relaxing, and I was able to enjoy a soothing soak without any worries. The meals were delicious, beautifully presented, and felt like authentic kaiseki cuisine. A staff member kindly came to the parking lot to help with our luggage and was very pleasant. I would love to stay again.

    When I made the Rese...

    When I made the Reservation online, I selected the Celebration Plan (Japanese-style Room), but it was a Japanese-Western style Room. Other than that, everything was excellent.

    Shocked by the careless handling of food ingredients.

    I requested dietary accommodations in advance and received an email via your company (dated 3/1) confirming that the Accommodation would comply. However, on the day, the meals provided on site were the exact opposite, and the response was very poor. I am extremely disappointed. Reservation Number [IC1520428596]

    It was a wonderful accommodation.

    I stayed with my mother at the accommodation. The meals were absolutely delicious, and we were very satisfied with every dish. The bath was an open-air onsen; although the washing area felt a bit chilly, the slightly hot onsen was so comfortable that I wanted to stay in it forever. The staff were very kind and attentive, and the thoughtful details in the room were truly soothing. This is an accommodation I would love to visit again if given the chance.

    First Time in Yufuin

    I had a relaxing time in a quiet place during my long trip. I am very satisfied. The meals were delicious, which was refreshing compared to the many buffets these days. The beautiful mountain view made me glad I came here. Please continue to maintain this wonderful atmosphere!

    Satisfied.

    The food and bath were excellent. The accommodation staff were kind and friendly, making the stay very comfortable. Perhaps because it was a weekday, I was able to relax at my own pace. Thank you very much. I would love to stay again if I have the chance.

    A Hidden Gem Accommodation

    The accommodation is located in a quiet area slightly away from the center of Yufuin, allowing for a relaxing stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the open-air bath in the room and the meals. The bath was available in the room, so we could use it anytime and enjoyed it multiple times. The meals featured flavors reminiscent of Oita Prefecture, such as shiitake mushroom broth in simmered dishes, along with fresh vegetables, fish, and meat that were all delicious and satisfying. After dinner, thanks to guidance from the staff, we were able to see fireflies at a nearby stream. We would love to visit again during a different season.

    You'd be punished for complaining at this price.

    I used it for the first time in over 20 years. There are various minor complaints, but considering the price, I have no complaints. However, there is a noticeable difference between employees who work hard and those who do not, which seems strange to observe. I think it would be better if everyone worked equally hard. As for facilities and amenities, there are three points I'd like to see improved somehow: there's no indoor bath and only an outdoor washing area, so shampooing is a challenge (in winter). Also, the room slippers and the cleanliness of the room need attention. The food is delicious.

    The indoor bath is excellent, and the dinner is nice~

    The meals were very nice. The indoor bath and open-air rock bath, which are available 24 hours a day, were excellent.

    I was able to relax.

    It is a bit of a drawback that it is a little far from the station and there is no shuttle service, but there was a quiet property in a quiet location. The main building is based on black, and the staff uniforms were also black. This time, we stayed in a room called "Waremo-Kou." The building is old, but it is spaciously designed and calming. The room's open-air bath is said to draw water from the source, and although it was said to be a little hot, it was just right. I entered it five times. Dinner is served in a private room in the main building from 6 PM. The dishes were well-seasoned with broth, and I enjoyed them all. The new rice was delicious, and although I was full, I finished everything, leaving no meat behind. I was told that the dessert could be saved for the next morning, so I did so. I was able to sleep soundly, and the next morning I woke up early and went to see the morning mist at Lake Kinrin, about 15 minutes from the property. It was a fantastic experience. Breakfast can be chosen from 8 AM or 8:20 AM. It was a bit disappointing that the salmon lacked flavor, but I enjoyed it. After checking out, a staff member took a photo for us. The amenities were well-stocked, and it was a very nice and calm property.

    Onsen is the best.

    It was raining when we arrived, but we were grateful to be greeted with umbrellas at the parking lot. The food was delicious, especially the rice, which was very tasty. It must be because of the good quality rice and water. Most of the staff were young, but the service was satisfactory. The Onsen was also excellent. I was able to enjoy the Onsen without worrying about others and could enter as many times as I wanted. On our way back, even in the light rain, they waited at the parking lot exit until our car departed and greeted us. It was a good trip.

    The bath was just the right size and I was very satisfied. However, the water pressure in the shower was too weak, making it difficult to wash my hair. The food was all delicious as per the reviews, and I was extremely satisfied! The room was spacious, and I slept soundly in the unexpectedly comfortable bed! Thank you very much.

    It became a memorable trip to show appreciation to my parents!

    I used this for a filial piety trip with my parents and husband. We booked 2 rooms, and since each room was separate and had an open-air bath, we were able to relax. (Since the rooms were next to each other, we could hear the voices from the bath, but it was not a problem as we are family!) My parents were also happy that they could relax and take a bath whenever they wanted. The quality of the spring water was so good that our bodies stayed warm and our skin became smooth! The best part was the food. There were some reviews saying it was not enough, but for our family, who are light eaters, it was just right (even so, we were so full that we couldn't move for a while), and all the dishes were delicious! Also, the staff's response was good, and we were able to relax! We want to stay again. Thank you for taking care of us!
