A Hotel You'd Want to Stay at Again
I stayed with my husband and 4-year-old son as a family of three in August. The exterior feels a bit old, but the room and the hotel were clean, and the food, service, and onsen were excellent. We had a very comfortable stay with our son. This is definitely a hotel we want to stay at again!

The Onsen was wonderful.
I visited a highland area to escape the heat. This was my second time staying at a Ryokan with mixed-gender baths. Outside, there was a bar made from an old train, which was enjoyable. However, I felt there is room for improvement regarding the mixed-gender bath. Although there are designated women-only hours, they are limited to late-night hours from 10 PM to 6 AM, making it difficult to fully enjoy the beautiful scenery during those times. If possible, extending women-only hours to include 6 AM to 9 AM would make the experience more comfortable. On the other hand, all meals were delicious and highly satisfying. The staff appeared to be mostly from overseas but provided kind and attentive service that left a strong impression on me. My heartfelt thanks go out to them!

I used this hotel fo...
I used this hotel for my first trip to Hida Takayama. It was a trip for two, but I really wanted to stay in a room with a sunroom, so I booked this hotel, which also had high ratings for its hot springs and meals. As soon as we arrived, the room was more spacious than I imagined, and the view of the lush greenery from the balcony and the sound of the river flowing nearby were wonderful, which made my companion very happy. The meals were luxurious and incredibly delicious, and all the staff were kind, making our stay comfortable. I was unsure about which hotel to choose, but I'm glad I chose this one. I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much.

Great value for money, mixed bathing is fun.
It was a very nice inn. The staff were extremely kind, and they provided warm service with detailed explanations of the dishes. The person who came to help was also very proficient in Japanese, polite, and had a wonderful smile. The hot spring was one of the top 5 best I've been to, and it warmed my body. There was also a mixed bath, so it was fun to bathe with the family. The place was well-cleaned, and we could fully enjoy nature. It's an inn I would like to return to. Thank you very much.
