    We fully enjoyed the all-inclusive dining and sports!

    From the ocean-view Room, we enjoyed a stunning view of the sunlit blue sea—an ideal location. We fully enjoyed the all-inclusive Hotel stay, with meals, drinks including alcohol, and recreation and sports all included. The restaurant was spacious, so even when it got busy we could dine comfortably without waiting. The menu was extensive and changed daily, which kept things interesting. At the bar, staff prepared a wide variety of drinks including cocktails at the counter, and snacks were offered depending on the time of day, making it a very relaxing space. We enjoyed tennis, table tennis, squash, and putter golf. Because it was too windy at the beach we couldn’t do SUP or sea kayaking as planned, but we enjoyed snorkeling instead. We saw lots of fish; it was a bit cold but still fun. There weren’t many Japanese staff members, but with some basic English we had no problems during our stay. One small issue was that we couldn’t adjust the air-conditioning temperature in the Room, so it felt a little chilly during the night. Overall, we were able to relax in nature. If I have the chance, I’d love to come again.

    Consideration for pregnant women and young children would have been appreciated.

    I had called the Hotel in advance to request a Room close to the reception as I was traveling with a 2-year-old child and was 8 months pregnant. However, we were assigned a Room on the third floor of the farthest building. With many stairs and no access for strollers, moving around was extremely difficult. After it rained, the hallways and stairs became slippery, making it dangerous for both of us, and even going out for meals felt burdensome. It’s disappointing that more consideration wasn’t given; with better arrangements, both pregnant guests and young children could have enjoyed their stay more comfortably.

    Free flow available from early morning to midnight.

    Unlimited alcohol available from morning until midnight. Unlike typical club lounges where there are restricted hours for alcohol, at Club Med, you can eat, sleep, play, and drink whenever you like—it's like paradise. Although I usually don't prefer buffets, Kabira offers dishes at the perfect temperature with a variety of delicious international menus that left me completely satisfied. For activities, even if you get excited like a child, no one gives judgmental looks. Instead, there's a peaceful atmosphere where guests exchange warm greetings with a simple "Hi!" when making eye contact. Both guests and staff are filled with kindness and warmth—it was truly healing. If I can secure a reservation again, I would love to visit!

    Club Med Kabira - 3rd Visit

    I recently stayed at Club Med Kabira again. Although I reserved a Deluxe Sea View Room, the view of the sea was mostly blocked by trees, so I requested a room with a better ocean view. The new room was in a slightly distant building but had an incredible oceanfront view that was breathtaking. While they promised to deliver my luggage promptly, poor communication among staff led to me making two follow-up calls to reception and waiting two hours for my luggage to arrive. As for the meals, it felt like the quality has declined significantly since introducing free drinks. Additionally, Wi-Fi was almost unusable in both the room and on the beach. The G.O.s were friendly and pleasant overall.

    I would love to stay here again.

    It was our first time at Club Med, and although the reviews were mixed, we ended up being very satisfied! English is the main language, but many staff members speak Japanese, so we had no trouble during our stay. The facility is old, but aside from weak water pressure in the shower, there were no major issues. The room only has basic amenities and lacks a luxurious feel; however, since we spent most of our time enjoying activities or at the bar, the simplicity of the room did not bother us. It really felt like just a place to sleep. Kids can have an amazing time too, so it’s especially recommended for families! We will definitely come back!

    The staff were friendly, but the Room was too far.

    The rooms are spread out horizontally with the main building at the center, so if you are in one of the end buildings, it can be quite far. (On the other hand, it's quiet.) Popular activities (windsurfing, mountain biking) require a reservation the day before. I was able to make reservations smoothly perhaps because of the good timing of my visit, but during high season it seems like making reservations would be difficult. The competition for mountain biking was high due to limited capacity. There were lifeguards present so I could enjoy sea activities with peace of mind. Even after checkout, although you can't use your room anymore, having all-inclusive services was appreciated. However, showers require a reservation. It's best not to forget to make a reservation on your last day. I didn't know and faced some trouble but was grateful that they allowed me to use it for just 15 minutes before my reserved time slot. Room extensions are possible for an additional fee.

    I stayed for 3 night...

    I stayed for 3 nights, but I wanted the towels to be exchanged and the mineral water replenished on the second night. The staff was very kind and excellent. The premises are spacious, so going up and down was a bit challenging. Courts 3 and 4 of the tennis court do not have chairs on the side, so there is no place to put drinks or luggage, and it is inconvenient not being able to sit while waiting. When I asked the coach if there were any plastic sheets available, they said there weren't any but kindly lent me a towel instead. Thank you very much. Although I wasn't satisfied with the bath facilities, overall I was pleased with my stay. Therefore, I've made another reservation at Tomamu in June. I'm looking forward to it.

    The sea is unexpectedly beautiful, as if you were overseas.

    It felt like staying abroad, and I envy those who can speak English. I had heard that there are few clear days in winter, but we were lucky to enjoy two days of sunny weather with occasional clouds and a beautiful sea. The free rental of wetsuits and snorkeling gear was very helpful. We could swim in the sea even in winter. Yuhi-san and Yuki-kun, who were in charge of sea activities, were very kind. Wei-san, responsible for land activities, brightened up the atmosphere and made sports enjoyable. Kosuke-san from the restaurant greeted us with a gentle smile every time, which made us happy. I have experienced Club Med several times but rarely interacted with GO staff and usually went to bed early at night. However, I heard from some regulars that Club Med is best at night! Next time I feel like I could enjoy it even if I participate alone, and I'd definitely want to join the evening events. There were a few Japanese staff members at the front desk without smiles or sufficient explanations about various things; there were also some Facility issues which left me dissatisfied with their response. That said, thanks to other wonderful GO staff members who made it enjoyable; I'm very grateful. I would love to visit again.

    "The Best Place" Unchanged for 20 Years

    It was the accommodation cost for the first time in 20 years. What left an impression was that the atmosphere of the staff (called GO) had changed quite a bit. Previously, they would talk to you like friends, which was fun, but I remember feeling a bit tired from the high energy after three days. Now, the impression is of friendly staff, and the approach of treating you like a friend has decreased, which was very good for me. It's fun to go to places like Hawaii or Bali, but being able to spend such an enjoyable time so affordably and without any reservations is truly the best. The effort of everyone maintaining the vast property beautifully is amazing. I look forward to visiting again.

    I wanted some measures against humidity~

    It might be a selfish request, but it would have been best if the room's air conditioner had a dehumidifying function during our stay in Ishigaki Island in September. Also, I wished there was a dedicated swimsuit dryer. Anyway, wet items just wouldn't dry. However, we had a very enjoyable three days!
