    Natural Onsen

    The bath was a natural Onsen, and it felt wonderful! However, the shower pressure was very weak, which was disappointing. The building is fully covered with tatami mats, which was great and dog-friendly. Overall, it feels a bit old, with steep stairs and a small toilet... But it was well cleaned and acceptable. The meals were served in the Room, so we could relax even with our dog. Everything was very luxurious and delicious!

    Delicious cuisine

    Thank you as always for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed the many delicious seafood dishes and warmed up in the wonderful Onsen. We look forward to staying with you again.

    Mother-Daughter Trip

    We stayed here after going to see the jacarandas in Atami. Some of the Facilities felt a bit old, but it was perfectly fine for a one-night stay. All the staff were kind, and we hardly ran into anyone in the bath—it felt like having it to ourselves. Amenities were minimal but sufficient. The meals were delicious and more than we could finish, especially the sashimi. Overall, the seasoning felt a little strong, so it might not suit those who prefer lighter flavors. The yukata fabric we chose had become quite thin, which was disappointing. Overall, we had a relaxing stay and were satisfied. Thank you very much.

    The sashimi was amazing!

    The sashimi and other dishes were delicious. The staff were always smiling, and it was a very welcoming Ryokan. I would love to visit again, and I look forward to seeing you then. Thank you for a wonderful time.

    We’re a couple who can’t handle sashimi unless it’s truly fresh, but everything was delicious and we enjoyed it all! It was our first time trying abalone and we were nervous, but it was even better than we imagined—we were truly impressed. All the staff were kind to our child and our dog, which we really appreciated. The private open-air bath was amazing, and the large public bath was also very relaxing—the Onsen soothed us. From our Room, we could see the calm sea of Ajiro—it was wonderful. We had a very restful stay. Thank you so much!!!

    Very good accommodation.

    This was my second visit. This time, I visited with my parents and one Chihuahua. The room was great, and the additional sashimi boat we ordered was luxurious, which made my parents very happy. Although the building itself shows signs of aging, it was thoroughly cleaned everywhere, so there were no unpleasant experiences at all. The large public bath does not have an open-air bath and only has an indoor bath, but it was also well-cleaned and felt comfortable. The seasoning of the meals was a bit sweet for me personally, but overall I was satisfied. It is a very nice accommodation. I will visit again. Thank you very much!

    It was great!

    We visited with our dog. As there were no available rooms with an open-air bath, we stayed in a standard room. The room was spacious enough for two adults and one dog, but the view was of the parking lot, and the windows and sliding doors facing the sea could not be opened, which was disappointing. The staff's service was excellent. From arrival to departure, their hospitality was very pleasant. The public baths had one for men and one for women, both indoor only; however, the water felt wonderful, and both the changing area and bath were clean and comfortable. I enjoyed bathing five times during my stay. The meals had a generally sweet flavor profile; it would have been nice if they were slightly less sweet. Overall, it was an accommodation that made me want to visit again! I look forward to staying again in the future!

    Very homely

    We are a couple who both love onsen and enjoy good food. We had been curious about Ajiro for a long time, so we were very excited after completing the reservation. This ryokan felt like returning to our hometown in one word. It is conveniently located within walking distance from the station, and we were warmly welcomed by the friendly smiles of the unpretentious staff, allowing us to relax completely. The meals were excellent, featuring fresh seafood as the main dishes. The onsen was cozy with slightly salty water that warmed us up thoroughly—a truly delightful bath experience. Since it was always quiet with only a few people around by chance, we could unwind and relieve our fatigue at ease. We heard there are rooms where you can stay with your dog, so someday we hope to visit again with our son’s family and their dog as well. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

    Luxurious Dinner

    The service, bath, and room were as expected, and I was very satisfied. The sashimi boat platter at dinner was especially luxurious and delicious—it was truly impressive! It was a very welcoming accommodation. Thank you very much.

    It was excellent!

    I brought my cat with me. The staff's service was excellent, and I felt comfortable staying even with my cat. I would love to stay here again in the future.

    It was so much fun!

    This was my fourth stay, in the same Room. I would have liked a different Room for a change, but it was too late. The in-room dining and private open-air bath were excellent. Traveling with my dog, I could spend all my time in the Room, making it a wonderful memory.

    As a Ryokan where yo...

    As a Ryokan where you can stay with pets, it was very appreciated and I felt the atmosphere was lovely. However, the room we stayed in was very small, so much so that there was no space to walk once two futons were laid out. The meals were brought one after another around 6 PM even though we hadn't started eating yet, and within less than an hour, various staff members repeatedly asked us to let them know when we finished eating, which made us feel rushed and unable to relax. Then around 8 PM right after finishing our meal, a staff member came to lay out the futons. The table and other items were pushed aside, and they even tried to put away the cushions and chairs (because it was very narrow). It felt as if they were telling us to eat quickly and go straight to bed. Since I still wanted to have a quiet drink with my friend, I asked them to leave the chairs and cushions but received poor attitude from foreign staff members. The open-air bath attached to our room was very nice but completely visible from outside. The view wasn't particularly great either. While cleaning was thorough and the Onsen felt pleasant, overall hospitality left much to be desired at this Ryokan. I will not be repeating my stay here.

    At Home

    I stayed with my family and dog. The staff at the Ryokan were kind and the homely atmosphere was nice. The meals were mainly seafood and very delicious. The points of concern were that there was no hot water in the room's washroom at all, and there were spots in the women's bath where the shower flow was poor, which was inconvenient during the cold season. I hope the water facilities will be improved.

    A simple and sturdy property.

    We stayed with a total of six people, including friends from our student days. It was an affordable Plan, costing about 16,000 yen per person including drinks, but we were able to enjoy luxurious meals and a pleasant Onsen. The staff provided attentive service, and in the morning, we could take a walk along the coastal road right behind the hotel, making it a perfect experience.
