This was my first st...
This was my first stay. The front desk staff were very helpful, and the explanations about the facilities were easy to understand. The building and baths were also very clean, which made for a pleasant experience. I truly enjoyed a quiet, peaceful time. The meal—especially the wild boar hot pot—was delicious. The only minor issue was that the okra at dinner was a bit tough, and the skin of the cherry tomatoes was also somewhat tough. Next time, I’d like to come back to try the wild boar teppanyaki-style dish. Overall, I was very satisfied.

We had a relaxing stay.
This Accommodation warmly welcomes solo travelers, and the person who picked me up at the station was calm and soothing. From the dining area, the Kawazu cherry blossoms were in full bloom right in front of me—it felt like a private cherry-blossom viewing. They also adjusted the air conditioning promptly when I asked. I had a very relaxing stay. Thank you.

A hidden gem accommodation.
Stayed at a quiet accommodation in Yamanashi and Shizuoka during the autumn foliage season. Located in a secluded area with no onsen town nearby, it offers tranquility as described. The room was neither too big nor too small, just right for two people. Most rooms face the garden, providing beautiful views. While the in-room refrigerator was empty, there was a vending machine corner at the end of the hallway where guests could freely take instant beverages, which was convenient. For meals, we opted for a standard course since my wife dislikes game meat. Every dish was delicious. The private dining setup allowed us to enjoy our meal while looking out at the garden—a thoughtful arrangement. The portions were slightly large for us, but leftover chestnut rice was kindly packed into rice balls for our late-night snack. Breakfast offered various options like porridge and other dishes, making it enjoyable. Although there were no private open-air baths attached to rooms, the large communal bath with an open-air section more than made up for it given the limited number of rooms available. Additionally, there were two reservation-free private baths that rarely seemed crowded; we often had them all to ourselves. The sound of water from a nearby dam felt like being near a waterfall—very soothing while soaking in the onsen. As it's cold spring water heated and filtered through circulation systems, it maintained an ideal temperature that allowed long soaks comfortably. The accommodation has been operating for about 100 years and this building itself has been around 30 years since its renovation but remains well-maintained and comfortable throughout our stay. Although I initially found their policy of automatically canceling reservations if check-in is after 5 PM somewhat strict when booking online—the staff turned out friendly upon arrival leaving positive impressions overall! Would love returning soon!

I enjoyed a relaxing time indulging in Onsen.
We had a very relaxing stay. The Onsen, including the private baths, is frequently maintained, so it’s always clean and pleasant to use no matter when you visit. We really appreciated being able to enjoy it comfortably. After meals, we could go directly without carrying anything and enjoyed the baths multiple times. For meals, we ordered the game cuisine course with wild boar hot pot. The preparation was excellent, making everything delicious. The portions were generous, leaving us completely satisfied. The staff were all very welcoming and accommodating, allowing us to fully relax and indulge in the Onsen experience at our own pace. We would love to visit again!

Thank you for hosting us during our trip to Yamanashi with my daughter. We have visited various Onsens, but the quality of the water here was exceptional. It left our skin smooth and moisturized. Both the large public bath and the private open-air bath had a wonderful atmosphere, which delighted my daughter. Although it rained during our stay, we were soothed by the natural surroundings, including a nearby waterfall and koi fish in the garden. For both breakfast and dinner, we enjoyed local mountain delicacies in a private dining room. We even tried wild boar teppanyaki recommended by your staff. The carefully sourced ingredients made it easy to enjoy even for those unfamiliar with game meat like us—it was a delightful discovery! The wild boar hot pot and wine beef fillet we chose this time were also incredibly delicious. The warm hospitality of your staff stood out, from their friendly service to thoughtful touches like DVD rentals and late-night rice balls. This refined accommodation allowed us to fully relax with its 1:00 PM check-in time, making it an unforgettable trip. We look forward to visiting again during autumn foliage season!
