  I feel refreshed!

  We stayed as a family of five. We were warmly welcomed by the proprietress, checked in smoothly, and then moved to our Room. The Japanese-style Room was barrier-free and very comfortable. The guest-only lounge had comics and a kids’ area, which thrilled our children. There were unlimited sweets as well, so my wife was very happy. Alcohol was also all-you-can-drink, which made my husband very pleased too! The meals were all delicious, with great care taken over the broth stock.

  It was a great accommodation.

  We stayed for one night and two days as a family of four. The building does show its age, but it was kept clean. Dinner was incredibly lavish—more than we could finish. The dashi the Hotel highlighted was truly delicious, a comforting taste that helped us unwind while traveling. In the lounge, there were alcoholic drinks, juice, light snacks, and plenty of manga as well; my husband relaxed there after the kids fell asleep. We received heartfelt hospitality—the proprietress came to greet us in person, and an international staff member kindly served our fussy daughter with a smile.

  Thank you very much for staying with us as a family. We also truly appreciate your kind and heartwarming feedback, which our entire staff was delighted to read. While parts of the building reflect its history, we are relieved to hear that you felt it was clean. We are especially honored that you enjoyed dinner and our signature dashi.   Completely satisfied with everything.

  We left for home fully satisfied with everything—the lounge service, the meals, and the great value for money. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

  The view is spectacular.

  The room is spacious and clean, with a wonderful view. However, when I called the front desk to request futon bedding, the call was disconnected without being put on hold. Additionally, during check-out, I handed over the key to a front desk staff member who was in conversation with someone else and took it silently without saying thank you. As a result, I now have to stop by next time I visit Akiu to pay the Hot Spring Tax.
