  It was a relaxing experience.

  Located in a serene natural setting, this accommodation offers an escape from everyday life. Staying here while listening to the sound of the flowing river is truly soothing. The onsen with natural hot spring water is at the perfect temperature, allowing you to relax for as long as you like. My daughter was delighted to play with a wild raccoon. Although we only had breakfast, it was well-balanced and gentle on the body in both content and portion size. The accommodation is clean and comfortable, making it a place we’d love to visit again next time with dinner included!

  Focused on wild mountain vegetables.

  The room is spacious and comfortable. While clean, the Ryokan feels a bit old. The Onsen was pleasant to use, but it was disappointing that the semi-open-air bath could not be used despite being visible. However, the view framed by the window was beautiful. It was inconvenient that there were no hairdryers in the changing room. The meals mainly featured mountain vegetables and were simple without much creativity. Since no luxurious ingredients were used (only thinly sliced beef hot pot), it might be enjoyable for those who appreciate mountain vegetables, but for us who live in rural areas, it felt like ordinary home-cooked dishes and was slightly disappointing. We would have appreciated at least one hearty dish with high satisfaction value. Perhaps we would have been more satisfied if the price range had been lower.

  Good Stays

  I was able to relax and feel rejuvenated. I love sulfur Onsen and have visited various Onsen across the country, and this one had slightly lukewarm water with a mild sulfur scent, allowing me to enjoy the Onsen for a long time. Next time, I would like to visit during the cherry blossom season to see the raccoons that gather in front of the entrance.
