    A great accommodation.

    It was a very satisfying trip to Shirahama. This Accommodation is in an excellent location, close to Shirarahama Beach. The Room was thoroughly cleaned, and we were very satisfied. We love Onsen, so we were happy with the large public bath here. The food was delicious as well. All the staff were attentive and helpful—thank you very much. It was an Accommodation that exceeded its price. We were also blessed with good weather and could relax at our leisure. It’s an Accommodation that makes us want to come again.

    The free-flowing natural hot spring bath is amazing!

    Thank you for having us this time with the No Meals Included plan. We appreciated the reasonable price for an Accommodation with free-flowing hot spring water direct from the source. With no added water and no chlorine treatment, it was gentle on the skin, and the free-flowing hot spring bath was excellent. The Room had an ocean view, and we found the scenery very relaxing. We would love to stay again.

    The staff were court...

    The staff were courteous from welcome to farewell, and we had a very pleasant stay. The dining area and the location from the Room were also great. By chance, we were even moved by a surprise experience of celebratory fireworks for a graduation event. The food was delicious, just as advertised—“quality over quantity.” However, due to the layout of the in-room toilet, handling the toilet paper was a bit inconvenient. If possible, it would be helpful to have the paper holder installed slightly further forward. Thank you for taking care of us for one night.

    Great Onsen

    My husband and I stayed here together. The Onsen was wonderful and left our skin feeling silky smooth all over. We ate at a nearby sushi restaurant, and we were happy to hear that Yanagiya’s Onsen is the best. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

    Spectacular view from the Room

    I booked a Room with a private bath for a trip with my mother. Although I wasn’t familiar with the area, the location is excellent, and you can enjoy a relaxing bath while looking out over Shirarahama Beach. Dinner and breakfast are also served in the in-Room dining area. The Room is spacious and comfortable, as it was created by combining two Rooms during renovation. There is also a massage chair by the window, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the view of Shirarahama Beach. The meals were delicious as well. I would love to stay again.

    Accommodation with Delicious Meals

    Although the Facility felt a bit dated, the staff were very attentive—especially the attendant, who was wonderful. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious; the hot pot and abalone at dinner were exceptional. Every dish was carefully prepared, and the chef’s skill really stood out.

    I stayed during the winter, and

    We stayed in a new Room with a private bath. It was comfortable even without air conditioning, and it was the first time we experienced such a non-drying Room. The meals were delicious with delicate flavors. Personally, I loved the handmade jelly and kusa mochi for dessert; it's rare to find places that put so much effort into handmade desserts, which made me very happy.

    We stayed in the largest Room, and the meals were delicious. The children ate surprisingly well. Thank you very much.

    I was very satisfied.

    This was my first stay at the accommodation, and the view from the room was outstanding. For a triple room, there were only two chairs, so we had to sit on the bed to watch TV. However, when I inquired about this beforehand and even after arriving at the hotel, I received kind assistance for which I am very grateful. The meal plan focusing on quality over quantity was perfect for my elderly mother who prefers such options over buffets that are common these days. The food was extremely delicious. A minor point: I ate yogurt as a dessert in the morning, but noticed that the granola had become soggy by then. The bath area provided explanations of its rich history and offered high-quality water that allowed me to relax thoroughly. While it may already be under consideration, I felt that adding handrails in the corridor leading to the bath would be helpful. Thank you very much for your kind and attentive service during check-in and check-out with car guidance and luggage assistance!

    I felt relaxed.

    We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the changes. The Onsen and meals were very satisfying. Although the building is older, it is well-maintained and clean by the seaside. The quality of the Onsen was excellent, and we enjoyed delicious meals while admiring the ocean view. There is also a convenience store next door, which was very convenient. The staff provided courteous service throughout our stay. It was a Hotel we would love to visit again in the future. Thank you very much!

    We would like to thank all the staff.

    I had some free time in the afternoon recently, so I decided to stay for one night on short notice. It took just over two hours by car from Osaka to reach the accommodation. The facility has an older feel, but it was well-maintained and did not leave a negative impression. I enjoyed using the bath at my leisure and would like to thank the staff for their thoughtful service. Personally, I found the accommodation fee to be very reasonable.

    It was an accommodation where you could stay comfortably.

    I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. Since I was traveling with a toddler and using a stroller with quite a bit of luggage, it was very helpful that the accommodation stored our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. Being able to leave our luggage before check-in and use the changing room allowed us to change immediately upon arriving from the airport and head out to enjoy swimming at the beach. There was a water tap next to the hotel entrance for rinsing off seawater, so we could return in our swimsuits, check in, and fully enjoy our first day of arrival. Additionally, after checking out, they kept our luggage until it was time to head to the airport, allowing us to explore freely without being weighed down by bags. The meals were just right in variety and portion size—not too much—and were delicious. During my two-night stay, dinner menus varied each day with different sashimi dishes and grilled items that we enjoyed on both evenings. Breakfast also had different menus each morning, so we never got bored of it while enjoying every bite. The onsen with free-flowing hot spring water was well-maintained and clean, making for a comfortable experience. We also appreciated having private outdoor baths as well as indoor baths available for family use. If I visit Nanki Shirahama again, this is an accommodation I would definitely want to stay at once more!

    The Onsen was excell...

    The Onsen was excellent, and the staff provided great service. This time I stayed with No Meals Included, but next time I plan to try the meals as well.

    I made a last-minute reservation to see the pandas. The Western-style room with a great view, the delicious food (the most lobsters I've ever eaten at once), and above all, the hot spring's water quality suited my skin perfectly—it was wonderful. However, it was slightly inconvenient that I had to request room amenities from the front desk. Although I ended up not using them, it would have been nice if they were available for guests to take freely at the front desk. That said, it was a relaxing weekend. Thank you very much!

    Lovely Accommodation

    A Hotel with a comfortable capacity. The bath and dining area were not crowded, allowing for a relaxing stay. The meals were well-portioned and very delicious.
