    The welcome drink wa...

    The welcome drink was excellent. The Onsen was also great. Right across the street are a roadside station and the Nagisa Driveway. It became a wonderful memory.

    I stayed in the Room...

    I stayed in the Room called Nanao. It is located at the top of a staircase down the slope from the main building. The air conditioner seemed to be broken; even when set to the lowest temperature, it was too hot to sleep. I asked the front desk if I could borrow a fan, but they did not have one. The bath had slightly brown water like moor hot spring water, and the quality of the spring was good. Since it was a Room with an open-air bath, I used it many times. However, the sliding door to the open-air bath is extremely heavy. There is also no screen door for keeping insects out, so each time I had to open that heavy sliding door to go in. I think having a screen door would be helpful. Mobile reception is poor. There was Wi-Fi in the Room, but it was extremely weak and would not connect. Everyone at the dining area was very friendly and fun to talk with. The free-drink time at the evening bar (?) was also relaxing and nice.

    The meals were very satisfying.

    We enjoyed delicious blackthroat seaperch. The food was very satisfying, and the dining hall staff were friendly and made us feel comfortable. Our room was a detached guest room with an open-air bath, and we fully enjoyed the Onsen. However, it rained that day, and having to walk to the detached room with an umbrella was very difficult. Both the sloped paths and the stairs felt unsafe, which was painful for us as we have knee problems. We felt there should at least be a service to carry suitcases to the room. Also, when we ran out of drinks in the refrigerator, we went to buy some from the vending machine in the main building, but since it was around 1:00 a.m., the door from the detached area to the main building was locked and we couldn’t get in. It made us wonder whether it would be okay if something happened while that entrance was closed.

    Excellent water quality.

    I stayed in a Room with an open-air bath, and it was truly amber-colored and silky-smooth—absolutely wonderful. My skin felt so smooth afterward. I also loved that welcome drinks and all-you-can-drink alcohol at dinner were included. Since the sea is nearby, the fish was delicious. The late-night ochazuke with kaki-no-tane was also great. It’s right by the Chirihama Driveway, with a roadside station directly in front. It’s not too far from Kanazawa either, so this free-flowing hot spring is well worth experiencing!

    It was great.

    It was a very nice Accommodation and great value for money. Instead of offering full-service assistance like carrying luggage, they provide a wide range of complimentary self-serve options from 3:00 PM, including beer, coffee and other drinks, plus snacks like rice crackers and chiffon cake. Dinner also includes free-flow drinks, which makes it feel like excellent value. The food was great, especially the seafood—it was very fresh and delicious. Some items (like the hassun platter) are already set on the table, and soup is self-serve as well; I assume this streamlined service helps keep prices down. That said, if you ask questions, the staff kindly explain things, so I didn’t feel the service was bad at all. As other Reviews mention, the front desk staff spoke a bit quickly and felt somewhat businesslike, but there’s a lot to explain during check-in so it’s understandable. Given the room rate, I felt it was reasonable overall. The Room was stylish and very clean. The Onsen had a lovely amber-colored water with a slight moor-like scent. From the moment I got in it felt silky-smooth on my skin, and afterward my skin felt soft and smooth as well. There’s a roadside station right across the street where you can buy various souvenirs too; considering the price, this is a wonderful Accommodation with great value for money. I’d love to stay again.

    Toilet paper

    The three of us stayed here for the first time as friends. Overall, we were extremely satisfied. The Onsen was wonderful. Both the meals and the Room were excellent. On our way home, we bought lots of souvenirs. I especially loved the original kimono-fabric bag. They also took a photo of us in front of the Hotel entrance at the end. We were amazed at how incredibly soft the toilet paper in the Room was—all three of us were impressed. It was softer and more comfortable than at any luxury Hotel. Only the miso soup at breakfast was disappointing because it looked different from the photos. Also, it was a shame that some souvenirs were wrapped rather roughly. Still, overall, we would like to visit again. Thank you very much.

    It was an Accommodation with quite good amenities.

    I was looking for an Accommodation with free-flowing Onsen water and found this place. I visited with my elementary school grandchild, who was delighted by the very generous welcome service. Seeing my grandchild so happy made me happy too. The water quality was silky-smooth, and I was completely satisfied.

    A Hotel in a Great Location

    We drove from Kanazawa Station by rental car, first visiting the Nanao and Wakura Onsen area before heading to Hakui. The stunning Chirihama Nagisa Driveway is right in front of the Hotel (you can even walk there!), and across the road is “Michi-no-Eki Noto Chirihama,” with plenty of local products. The Hotel offered lots of welcome services on arrival, and the all-inclusive drinks at dinner were great. The Onsen bath also had a pleasantly silky feel on the skin, so we went in many times. The next morning, when returning to Kanazawa, it was also very convenient that the Chirihama IC entrance to the toll-free Noto Satoyama Kaido expressway was right nearby.

    It’s snowing.

    I visited with my younger sister, and although it started snowing and I was worried, it had stopped by the time we arrived at the Accommodation. The open-air bath in the falling snow was amazing—it became a truly wonderful Onsen experience. It warmed us up from head to toe.

    The hot water is exceptional!

    This is a hot spring you should experience at least once in your life. The moment you dip your feet in, it feels hot—but once you soak, it’s not as intense. It has a silky, slippery feel, and even after, the sweating doesn’t stop! If you did a hot-spring cure for about a week, it feels like any ailment might be healed. The building clearly shows its age, but it’s made up for with cleanliness. Breakfast was good; dinner could use a bit more creativity. There’s plenty of hospitality throughout, and I’d like to come back again. At the bar, I ended up tearing up listening to an Eiichi Ohtaki record (laugh).

    All-Inclusive Stay at a Skin-Beautifying Onsen

    The room for four people was too small, and it was challenging to lay out the futons. With the all-inclusive plan, we enjoyed grilled squid balls and rice crackers over charcoal with beer as soon as we arrived. The bath featured a skin-beautifying Onsen and even had a sauna! The beer after the bath was also fantastic.

    Family-friendly

    The welcome drinks and snacks delighted the children right away. The room was a bit small for five people, but it was comfortable and relaxing. With kids' yukatas, picture books, and toys available, this accommodation is perfect for families. The splendid Nodoguro fish was delicious.

    The dishes are expla...

    The dishes are explained before being seated, and plates are placed down loudly and abruptly. When this was pointed out, the response was simply, "The plates were heavy," with no apology. I will not return and cannot recommend this place to others.

    The meals are excellent.

    I stayed for two nights this time. I added nodoguro, assorted sashimi, and turban shell to my meals and was completely satisfied. The menu was different on both days, so I enjoyed it without getting bored. There was a delicious cold sake (I don't remember the brand), but unfortunately, it ran out. On the second day, I used the Shuttle Service to the station, and I was deeply impressed by the thoughtfulness of the male staff member at that time—thank you very much for your kindness. The bath with tatami flooring and natural hot spring water flowing directly from the source was excellent. Overall, I think this Hotel offers great value for money. I would love to stay here again!

    The Onsen was excellent.

    The room was spacious enough. The accommodation was located right in front of the roadside station. While there were no places to walk to nearby, a short drive led to several dining options. I had a small issue and asked the man at the front desk for help, but it seemed like a part-time staff member was on duty at night. He didn’t seem to know anything regardless of what I asked. It made me wonder if they could handle emergencies properly. I also questioned whether there were any full-time staff members available in the back since no one came out even after he looked around, and his only response was "I don't know." The bath featured an excellent onsen with unique water flowing directly from the source.

    The food, especially the sashimi, was delicious. Some parts of the Facility show their age, but the staff were kind, and I would like to use it again if I have the chance.

    Journey to the Noto Peninsula

    I planned this trip to revisit the Noto Peninsula area. Through IKYU.com, I have traveled domestically several times and have always been satisfied with the accommodations. This time, I stayed at Chirihama Hotel Yukari, which I believe is a wonderful place that can be enjoyed by young people, seniors, and families alike. I would like to express my gratitude to all the staff for their hospitality during my short stay. If given another opportunity, I would love to visit again. Thank you very much!

    We visited for our 20th wedding anniversary trip. Upon informing in advance about mobility issues, the Room and dining seating were thoughtfully arranged to minimize any burden. The staff's service was excellent, and everyone's smiles were wonderful. Both the Room and meals were great, allowing us to relax fully. We are very satisfied and would love to visit again.

    Kanban Street

    The grilled blackthroat seaperch on Kanban Street was delicious. It was my first time eating such a large one, and the tender texture of the meat was exceptional. I also enjoyed the all-you-can-drink beer. Although my main purpose was to visit Nagisa Driveway, it turned out to be unexpectedly wonderful.

    The ultimate blowfish dinner experience awaits!

    The Fugu Feast Plan was absolutely delicious and incredibly satisfying! The rice was so tasty that I even bought some to take home. I enjoyed plenty of sake as well. The welcome drink service was perfect for sake lovers like me. The bath, with its smooth, brownish hot water, was just to my liking. I would love to visit again!

    A wonderful Property with excellent balance in every aspect

    First Trip

    I was looking for a Property with a room that has an open-air bath, and this time I found and booked Chirihama Hotel Yukka. Despite the appearance of a separate cottage, the room was a Japanese-style room with a calm atmosphere, and the first impression was very good. The open-air bath was also a natural hot spring, and the quality of the water was good, so it was very warming! Also, a humidifier was always available, so I could stay without worrying about the dryness from the heating. Both dinner and breakfast were impeccable, and I thoroughly enjoyed the deliciousness of the fish. I was surprised by the 100 types of all-you-can-drink at dinner and the all-you-can-eat Kanazawa oden. The service in the lobby was also excellent. This time, I was satisfied with dinner and couldn't go, but the self-service BAR from 7 PM had a good atmosphere, and I would like to try it next time. I think it was really good that our first couple's trip was at this Hotel. My husband was happy all the time and said he would like to stay at this Hotel again next time. I truly thought it was a wonderful Hotel! I will wholeheartedly recommend it to my friends around me. I am only grateful to the Hotel staff for allowing us to have such a fulfilling time.     Moist Hamamatsu no Yu

    I thoroughly enjoyed the natural hot spring water at Hamanasu no Yu and the semi-open-air bath in the guest room. The silky texture of the spring water gently adhered to my skin. The meals were also exquisitely seasoned, and I appreciated the elegant subtle flavors. Next time, I would like to stay for consecutive nights to fully enjoy the hot springs, the cuisine, and the nature of Chirihama.
