  A Wonderful Hidden Retreat

  I was able to make a Reservation just before a three-day weekend, so I didn’t expect much, but the Hotel was conveniently located right off Fujiyoshida’s main street, close to Fuji-Q Highland and the roadside station, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The Room and the open-air bath were clean and lovely—overall, it was a great stay. Since we had children aged 0 and 2, we picked up McDonald’s breakfast and ate in our Room, which let us relax without worrying about others. I’d like to stay again.

  This is an Accommodation I would love to stay at again.

  All staff greeted us cheerfully, the guidance was courteous, and they even helped direct cars in the parking lot. The Accommodation was spotless and offered outstanding hospitality. Above all, the open-air bath was spacious, clean, and wonderful—it really helped us unwind. It was a shame we couldn’t go out onto the terrace due to bad weather, but we’d love to visit again on a sunny day. Thank you very much!!

  It was my first time...

  It was my first time staying here! Everything was very clean and it felt wonderful. The staff were also very polite and kind. The semi-open-air bath has a great view of Mt. Fuji—amazing. It would have been perfect if the unit bathroom on the first floor had a washlet.

  I’d love to stay again and relax next time.

  We stayed for two nights to attend an early-morning event, so we didn’t have much time to relax at the Accommodation. However, the room was spotless and well maintained, and everything for the BBQ was perfectly prepared. The open-air bath was also comfortable in both temperature and amenities, and we enjoyed it thoroughly. On our way home, my companion and I agreed that next time we’d like to come without any big plans and just take it easy. We’ll make a Reservation again soon!

  The bath is amazing!

  We stayed for one night over a three-day weekend, coming from Tokyo. Since we were a family of four (two adults, one junior high school student, and one elementary school student), the Room felt quite compact, but we relaxed by lounging on our beds and sitting on the chairs in the first-floor living area. Having an Onsen in the Room was wonderful. It’s easy to hop in with minimal walking—and it’s an Onsen. Afterward, we cooled down slowly in the hammock on the second-floor terrace. We enjoyed it not only at night but again in the morning as well. For dinner, we shopped at a nearby supermarket and had a barbecue. The guests next door were also barbecuing, but we didn’t find each other’s voices or noise bothersome. It takes less than two hours from Tokyo, and it’s close to the interchange. There’s also a supermarket nearby, making it just right for an easygoing, relaxing stay. Thank you to all the staff for your courteous explanations and support from start to finish.

  Spacious interior

  It’s a great Facility. There’s also a delicious sushi restaurant nearby, so you can easily take care of meals outside. After a tiring day at Fuji-Q Highland, you can relax in the Onsen, which is wonderful. I’d love to stay again.
