    Our services are plentiful.

    From start to finish, including our departure, the service was heartfelt and attentive. Dinner and breakfast were not only delicious with fresh seafood, but also so plentiful we thought we couldn’t possibly finish everything. The Room had a calm atmosphere that helped melt away everyday stress, and in the morning the song of bush warblers served as a natural alarm for a pleasant wake-up. The amenities were well stocked, and since they were available in the lobby, it was helpful to be able to pick up more at any time. We would love to visit again if we have the chance.

    The open-air bath was disappointing.

    We stayed in a Room with an open-air bath at a great value through an IKYU Plan, and I’m posting this in hopes of improvement. The service was excellent and the meals were very good, but unfortunately we could not adjust the water temperature of the open-air bath in our Room. Perhaps because the hot spring source is very hot, only a small trickle came out (it seemed to be the right temperature when we first entered), and the water kept getting colder. We tried both at night and in the morning, but we weren’t able to use it even once. Because we really wanted to use it, we even added more than 30 buckets of hot water from the washing area next door (lol), but the temperature dropped again right away. We came for the Onsen, yet ended up feeling extremely cold—very disappointing. (I had used the large public bath first, so I noticed too late and couldn’t call the front desk that night. I called after 7:00 a.m., but they said they would go to the Room to adjust it from then on, so I gave up.) The service, food, and Facility are all clean and wonderful, so I hope this point can be improved.

    Couple's Trip

    Thank you for your hospitality. My wife mentioned that she was able to relax a lot, and we truly appreciate it. The front desk service was excellent and very impressive. However, I have a few personal comments regarding the Room we stayed in: - The lighting in the Room was dim, and there was no remote control; it would have been better if it were brighter as it felt inconvenient. - The toilet area had a step at the entrance, which seemed potentially hazardous. - For those arriving by car, the parking lot is located a bit far from the accommodation. Other than these points, everything else was great! Thank you again for this wonderful experience!

    It was excellent.

    We stayed for one night to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and everything was wonderful—the staff, the room, and the meals. The staff were all very pleasant, the room had a foot bath, and the open-air bath was great. I only wished we could see stars when looking up at night. The meals were all delicious and very filling. In the morning, we ate so much that we finished all the rice in the pot. It was an absolutely satisfying accommodation. We would love to visit again if possible. Thank you to all the staff!

    Satisfaction

    Realized on the day that the reservation was made for 2 people instead of 3, but contacted the accommodation and they kindly assisted. Although my family was not initially enthusiastic, we were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the accommodation, room upgrade, meals, and hospitality.

    A hidden accommodation perfect for solo travelers, offering breathtaking views of Minami's cherry blossoms in full bloom.

    A quiet and warm accommodation. It offers a perfect balance of comfort. The cuisine features fresh seafood, including the specialty abalone and splendid alfonsino. The symbol of the accommodation is the camellia, with its large, beautifully blooming flowers. The onsen boasts excellent water quality that is effective for ailments. I decided to visit for onsen therapy over the weekend to address back pain and made a last-minute reservation. During my stay, I was able to enjoy breathtaking views of Minami's cherry blossoms (Kawazu-zakura) in full bloom at night, just a few minutes' walk from the accommodation. I hope to visit again next year!

    Kagiya

    We followed the navigation to the accommodation but missed it and got lost. The signboard is easy to spot when heading from east to west, but you might overlook it when coming from west to east! After finally arriving at the accommodation, we had to move our car to the parking lot ourselves. Wouldn't it be better if staff assisted with this? The faucet in the room's handwashing sink was malfunctioning and wouldn't stop running! The onsen and meals were excellent. However, there seemed to be a slight oversight with lighting the hot pot...

    For family trips

    We used the facility for a family trip including our elementary school children. The staff's pleasant service, the well-cleaned interior, and the upgraded Room with an open-air bath made it a very satisfying trip. The meals were delicious and filling. At night, we were able to walk to the riverside where they light up Kawazu cherry blossoms, which became a good memory. Since there aren't many guest rooms, we could enjoy both the bath and meals at our own pace without any crowding. Thank you very much.

    I was completely satisfied.

    The staff were bright and kind, and we had a very enjoyable time. The meals were also extremely delicious. The portions were large, and we left a little of our dinner (sorry about that). We were very satisfied with breakfast as well, and everyone ended up having second helpings of rice. Both breakfast and dinner were not buffets, so we were able to enjoy our meals leisurely while seated. Although it’s a bit far from our home, we all talked about wanting to stay at the Property again. Thank you to all the staff!

    Birthday Celebration in January

    Thank you very much for your hospitality. We enjoyed borrowing the purple celebratory jacket and had a wonderful New Year. Your assistance with my 93-year-old mother in a wheelchair was greatly appreciated. The food was delicious, and my mother was very pleased. Unfortunately, the open-air bath in the Room was lukewarm and cold. We had a bit of trouble with the wheelchair not fitting into the entrance door rail of the large bath. The hallway for moving around was cold. However, the staff were very kind, and my mother had a pleasant stay. Thank you.

    A bit disappointing

    At check-in, I was told that the open-air bath in the large public bath was unavailable. There was no prior notice, and when I asked, I was told it was from this morning. I decided to believe them, as it seemed immature to pursue it further. The guidance to the room and brief explanations were vague, and I often found myself questioning things. The meals were delicious. However, the serving time and timing were slow, and I often had to wait for the next dish. The parking lot was also a bit far from the property, which was inconvenient.

    Unfortunately,

    Despite the outdoor bath being out of order, there was no prior notice or explanation at check-in. There was only a notice posted at the entrance of the outdoor bath, which felt dishonest.

    Quiet and serene onsen stays

    It is a quiet and serene onsen Stays. The dishes made with local ingredients such as kinmedai and abalone were all very delicious and satisfying. The onsen was also wonderful. I felt the thoughtfulness of all the staff. Thanks to them, it was a wonderful vacation. It was worth the long journey to Minamiizu. I would like to stay again.

    I felt very healed.

    I used the property for a solo trip. I was upgraded to a room with an open-air bath, and since I wanted to relax during my stay, the open-air bath in the room that I could use at any time was perfect. The meals were also in a private room, so I was able to eat slowly, which was nice. The Ise lobster I had for dinner was very delicious. The staff at the Stays were very friendly and talked about various things, making it an enjoyable stay. I would like to visit again.
