    The cuisine is exceptional.

    This was my second stay. I chose the plan for guests aged 50 and over, which included spiny lobster, abalone, and golden eye snapper. The meals were so delicious that I decided to return. Both the fish-focused dinner and the breakfast featuring spiny lobster miso soup and grilled horse mackerel were satisfying and filling. However, there were two things I found a bit disappointing this time. First, there was noise after 11:30 PM. It seemed to come from upstairs, possibly due to cleaning in the bath area. Other than that, it was very quiet, so the noise at night surprised me. Second, while they were preparing my futon bed, my coffee cup was taken away even though I had been using it. When I wanted to drink coffee later on but couldn’t find the cup anymore, it left me feeling disappointed. The staff serving breakfast were very pleasant and made for a nice departure experience overall. Since Awa-Kominato is one of my favorite places, I'll probably visit again in the future. Even if accommodations are not large-scale establishments, I'd like to choose based on their unique qualities each time!

    The cuisine is excellent.

    The cuisine was excellent and more than enough to eat. Every dish was delicious and satisfying. The bath was small, but considering there are only 5 rooms in total, it was understandable. Would definitely consider staying again.

    I stayed as part of a birthday celebration.

    Thank you very much for your hospitality. Thanks to the consideration of the reception staff, I was allowed to check in earlier than the scheduled time despite my personal circumstances. I truly appreciate it. I was able to spend a comfortable time after checking in. You also responded flexibly to last-minute changes in the gender ratio of our group. The meals were very satisfying, and it seemed that other guests in private rooms were also pleased with their experience. With gratitude for your thoughtful arrangements, I would like to use this accommodation again and recommend it to my acquaintances as well. Thank you very much for everything during my stay. Unfortunately, one of our companions who had planned to join us could not stay due to health issues; we hope we can stay together next time!

    Noise from above may be noticeable.

    We stayed in a sea-facing room for three people, including my father and sister. The room was spacious enough, and the bedding was comfortable. However, unfortunately, we could hear footsteps and even the sound of doors opening and closing from the floor above. It might have been because it was too quiet on our floor. Our room was on the 2nd floor; perhaps staying on the 3rd floor would have been quieter. We were unsure about parking initially and ended up driving to the front of the accommodation. After receiving a parking permit from them, we used part of a parking lot near Tanjoji Temple. It might be easier to stop before crossing the small bridge to ask about parking spots rather than having to backtrack. The bath facilities were excellent as we could choose between two private baths each time we used them. The Dyson hairdryer dried quickly, which was convenient. They also provided fresh towels at the entrance to use after bathing, so all we needed to bring were our bath towels—very helpful! While I rated down slightly due to noise issues in our room, amenities were sufficient overall, and most importantly, meals were very satisfying (though I felt bad for not being able to finish everything). A smaller meal plan option would have been ideal for us. The baths only opened at 6:30 AM with breakfast served at 8:00 AM; this timing felt rushed as we had an early departure planned—it may feel hectic for those leaving early in general. Nonetheless, both my father and sister enjoyed their stay here immensely; I'm glad I chose this accommodation! Thank you for your hospitality!

    The cost-value ratio is excellent.

    Reasonable prices even on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Some reviews mentioned that the food portions were small, but depending on the plan, we found the quantity and quality more than sufficient—even for us big eaters. We thoroughly enjoyed dishes like grilled abalone, sashimi boat platter, spiny lobster sashimi, and simmered golden eye snapper. It was a truly satisfying experience. This is an accommodation we would love to visit again!

    The meals are delicious, and it is a comfortable Stays.

    The meals are delicious. My wife said that the simmered golden eye snapper was the best she has ever had. The fish was plump, and the seasoning was just right. The staff's hospitality was warm and very likable. The bed was comfortable as it was a Simmons (we have Simmons at home too). Although it is small, overall, it is a very cozy property.

    Unlike a large Hotel, I hardly encountered other guests, and although the weather outside was rough, I was able to spend a quiet moment. Thank you very much.

    The food is excellent.

    This was my first time staying here, and I was truly satisfied with the delicious meals. The quality of the ingredients was high, the seasoning was good, and even though the portions were slightly large, I finished everything. Ise lobster, abalone, and alfonsino are familiar ingredients at inns in Kamogawa, but this was the first time I had dishes that brought out their flavors so well. Since there is no elevator, carrying luggage to the room on the third floor is a bit challenging. It might be difficult for those with mobility issues to stay here. If I have the opportunity while I can still climb stairs, I would like to visit again.
