  Booked just for sleeping.

  I booked it just to sleep, but I was glad it had been renovated. The bathroom and other water facilities hadn’t been renovated, so that was a bit disappointing, but the dining area wasn’t crowded and the food was consistently delicious, which was great.

  The room is old.

  The male front desk staff was kind and courteous, but his explanations were far too long; while we were checking in, two other groups were assisted and finished. We chose a room with a bath, but it was not a hot spring bath, so we probably won’t choose it next time. It was a nice touch that the amenities included a one-time set of Mikimoto Cosmetics products—very fitting for Toba. The meals were average—so much so that I couldn’t say what was particularly good.

  What a shame...

  I stayed here during Silver Week, but it was disappointing because the Room was different from the photos shown at the time of Reservation. On the Reservation site, there were options for the third floor, second floor, and first floor, and I chose a second-floor Room. However, when I arrived, I was told that this type of Room is only available on the first floor, so I had no choice but to stay. For the price, the amenities and services such as what was provided in the refrigerator were not good at all. I don’t think I will use this Accommodation again.

  Dinner was a buffet,...

  Dinner was a buffet, so I wasn’t sure I’d be able to eat a late-night snack, but I went to the late-night snack venue anyway. They served authentic ramen, and both the taste and portion size were excellent—I finished it all. If I have the chance, I’d like to go again.

  Great value for money

  We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay (2 nights). Perhaps due to the unfortunate rain and drop in temperature, the open-air bath felt a bit lukewarm. The dinner shabu-shabu and the crab at breakfast were very popular and delicious, but the sashimi (especially the red fish) felt a bit watery. Overall, we felt it was a Hotel with good service and great value for money. Thank you for everything.
