  It was excellent.

  I was extremely satisfied—there was nothing to complain about in terms of service, hospitality, or facilities! Everything we needed was provided, so we hardly had to bring any luggage, and the staff were always nearby and came right away whenever we needed anything, which made our stay very reassuring. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and ordered both Japanese-style and Western-style breakfasts; both were delicious. The staff took care of all the cleanup as well—I was truly impressed that there was nothing for us to do! I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit Okinawa.

  Thank you for kindly accommodating our last-minute Reservation just two days in advance! The kids had an amazing time. We’ve stayed at several pool villas, and this was the best by far. We’d definitely love to stay again.
