  Luxury feel

  It is a wonderful, luxurious Hotel, but this time the view was completely blocked by a building wall right in front of the Room, so please take this into consideration next time.

  There was a spider in the room. There was hair in the bathtub. Otherwise, the stay was comfortable.

  The breakfast was terrible!

  A breakfast that costs nearly 3,000 yen is the worst I’ve ever had at this city-Hotel level! It feels about two ranks below the Daiwa Roynet next door! This is the first time I’ve seen a Hotel restaurant with a breakfast buffet that doesn’t even offer grilled fish! Unbelievable! Also, the rice was soggy and broken down into something like seaweed paste! That Hotel’s breakfast is not acceptable as an extra-charge option!
