The large public bath was disappointing.

We stayed here on short notice as a family. The property was very clean, and our room was also spotless. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. However, although we booked the large public bath with spa access, the water temperature in the bath was too low to be relaxing, which was very disappointing. Considering that the spa fee is charged separately, it felt especially disappointing.

The large public bath was great.

The room was very clean, and there was nothing in particular that bothered me—I was very satisfied. I felt it offered excellent value for money. The large public bath was also great, but if I had to mention one thing, it would have been nice to have sauna mats, as not having them was a bit uncomfortable.

    Luxury feel

It is a wonderful, luxurious Hotel, but this time the view was completely blocked by a building wall right in front of the Room, so please take this into consideration next time.

    Spider

There was a spider in the room. There was hair in the bathtub. Otherwise, the stay was comfortable.

    The breakfast was terrible!

A breakfast that costs nearly 3,000 yen is the worst I’ve ever had at this city-Hotel level! It feels about two ranks below the Daiwa Roynet next door! This is the first time I’ve seen a Hotel restaurant with a breakfast buffet that doesn’t even offer grilled fish! Unbelievable! Also, the rice was soggy and broken down into something like seaweed paste! That Hotel’s breakfast is not acceptable as an extra-charge option!
