A relaxing retreat.
One of the best things about this hotel is the spacious rooms. The bathroom and toilet doorway is almost level, which feels safe and reassuring. Also, since it’s located in a lively downtown area, dining and shopping are very convenient.

Breakfast Buffet
Even though it was a three-day weekend in October, the breakfast buffet wasn’t being replenished quickly enough. Not only the food, but also the cutlery was running short. It’s a shame, because the food tastes good and there is a decent variety. The views from the bath and restaurant are great, and the front desk staff were very courteous. If I have another chance to be in the area, I’d like to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Good value for the price.
The bar lounge was great! I’d be happier if there were a few more food options, but it was really nice that the staff didn’t interfere unnecessarily. At breakfast, the tables were small and the main dishes weren’t that impressive. Still, for the price, it felt fair overall. I might stay again.

Waiting for the elevator
I used the elevator 15 or 16 times, and almost every time I had to wait more than 3 minutes. This is the first time I have ever been kept waiting so often. I think the operating system needs adjustment or improvement.

The open-air bath wa...
The open-air bath was very pleasant. Breakfast had limited variety, and the hot items were lukewarm and not refilled promptly. In addition, there was a line at the coffee station (sometimes even just waiting for cups to be restocked). Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Above all, the view from the Room was far too disappointing. There was nothing to see outside. Maybe I expected too much.
