    First

    The Hotel was new and clean, and the view was amazing. It was great to be able to watch the fireworks at night. The beach was close, and the rooftop pool was excellent. The service was also wonderful. The shampoo didn’t quite suit me, and there wasn’t a body-washing towel, so I rated it 4 (not a major issue). Next time, I might skip adding meals.

    A Beautiful Hotel That Will Get You Excited

    Because flights were suspended due to a typhoon, we made a last-minute Reservation at Canopy and ended up staying here.\nThe Room was on an upper floor with an incredible ocean view.\nRight in front of us was a beautiful beach with emerald-green water and white sand.\nWith the full view of the Irabu Bridge stretching from Miyakojima to Irabujima all to ourselves, it was the perfect spot—and it completely lifted our spirits after feeling exhausted and disappointed by repeated cancellations.\nThe Hotel is new and spotless, and as a Hilton brand Resort Hotel with a fresh concept, the interiors are stylish everywhere with outstanding taste.\nOn the day of our stay, a storm warning was in effect and guests couldn’t go anywhere, but the staff hosted activities like quizzes and rock-paper-scissors tournaments—huge thanks for their wonderful hospitality.\nBreakfast also featured many creative dishes, all of which were delicious.\nNext time we visit Miyakojima, we will definitely stay at this Hotel again.\nThank you to everyone at the Hotel for such a wonderful time!

    If you’re staying on Miyakojima, this is the place—no hesitation!

    The staff were wonderful, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. From the Room, I could enjoy views of the Irabu Bridge and beautiful sunsets, and the view from the infinity pool was outstanding. The restaurant on the first floor of the Hotel was delicious for both dinner and breakfast—I was very satisfied. The location is great, with convenient access to sightseeing spots around Miyakojima. It was also a big help that I could use Times Car (car sharing) at the Hotel. The views, food, service, and location all exceeded my expectations. This is a Hotel I definitely want to stay at again when I visit Miyakojima.

    Canopy Miyakojima

    This was our first trip to Miyakojima, and we stayed at Canopy for two nights. We were fortunate to stay in a suite for both nights, in a centrally located Room on a high floor. The spacious layout and large, open windows made it feel airy and luxurious, and we had an extremely comfortable stay. Our two-year-old son was so excited by the size of the Room that he ran around nonstop. The Hotel has a stylish, grown-up vibe with its interior design and background music, but it’s also very family-friendly. There’s a kids’ play area, you can use the neighboring Hilton’s pool, and children are allowed in the rooftop pool until 5:00 PM—so families can definitely enjoy it too. Above all, the view from the rooftop infinity pool was breathtaking—far better than it looked in videos on YouTube. We had sunny weather throughout our stay, so we were able to enjoy incredible views the entire time. I’d love to visit Miyakojima again just to stay at this Hotel.

    It was absolutely am...

    It was absolutely amazing! This was my first trip to Miyakojima in a while, and I decided to make a Reservation because I was curious about the newly opened Canopy, a Hilton-affiliated Hotel. We stayed in a suite Room. Everything felt brand-new from the exterior to the interior, and the design had an international feel—different from other Hilton properties I’ve stayed at. The view from the Room was also incredible. We were two women staying in the suite Room, but it was spacious enough that even with more people, there would have been plenty of room. We also used the rooftop pool, and Irabu Bridge looked stunning from the infinity pool. I’d love to stay here again when I visit Miyakojima. Thank you very much.

    It was a spotless Ho...

    It was a spotless Hotel in every way. The staff’s hospitality was warm and truly wonderful. Breakfast offered a great variety and was delicious. The view from the pool was amazing—I ended up staying there the whole time. We arrived two hours before check-in, and I really appreciate how flexibly you accommodated us. It became a memorable trip for both my spouse and me. Thank you to everyone at the Hotel. We will definitely come again.

    This Accommodation is highly recommended for a trip to Miyakojima!

    We stayed here as our Accommodation for the first day of our honeymoon. Thanks to the Hotel’s kindness, we were able to receive a Room upgrade. It’s a newly built, beautiful Hotel, and we could really feel its Resort Hotel atmosphere. From the large windows in our Room, we enjoyed a panoramic view of Irabu Bridge and the stunning “Miyako Blue” sea. Breakfast was buffet-style with plenty of ingredients from Miyakojima, and we were very satisfied. All the staff greeted us with smiles whenever we passed by, and their hospitality was exceptional. I would highly recommend this Accommodation to anyone unsure where to stay on their trip to Miyakojima.

    A Comfortable Stay

    The Room, infinity pool, restaurant, gym, and more were all wonderful, and we had a very comfortable stay. The neighboring Hilton Hotel was also nice, but we will stay at Canopy again next time. Thank you.

    Looking forward to what’s ahead

    I had been looking forward to staying at Canopy, a Hilton brand. The Hotel and the Room were very clean and stylish, but the staff seemed inexperienced and hospitality was almost nonexistent. If you have stayed at high-end properties like Halekulani Okinawa or Hilton Miyakojima, you may notice it even more. There were issues such as being shown to the wrong Room, missed housekeeping, and many staff members who could not communicate well in Japanese. The salt caramel French toast at breakfast was as salty as rock salt—perhaps the amount of salt was mistaken. Even the Japanese staff felt like they were new to Hotel work. Because the Hotel itself is so lovely, these shortcomings stood out, so I hope for better staff training going forward. Thank you for the complimentary upgrade and champagne welcome service.
