  I visited during the peak lavender season. Perhaps because it was outside a three-day holiday weekend, the property was not crowded, and I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. Thank you very much. However, it’s hard to deny that the building is aging, and the bath area is not particularly clean. I had been looking forward to breakfast, but it didn’t suit my taste. The fish may have been undercooked. Only the melon was delicious. I really regret not eating elsewhere. There weren’t many dishes either, so I hope you can put a bit more effort into the seasoning and cooking methods.

  The Onsen was not available.

  There was a lot of debris floating in the Onsen, like water scale or algae. Nothing was moving in the mysterious space at the edge. It was disappointing that dinner service had been suspended. The atmosphere is nice and the front desk area is clean, so it feels like a missed opportunity. In the Room, the wallpaper was starting to peel due to humidity, and rust on equipment from the previous Facility remained, revealing signs of the building’s age. This is not a place worth paying 35,000 yen for with No Meals Included.

  The Hotel and the Ro...

  The Hotel and the Room were clean, and the complimentary drinks were very convenient. The bath was also nice, but it was very disappointing that dinner was not available. Also, I felt the half-buffet breakfast had few items that felt unique to Hokkaido. Still, I would like to stay here again when I visit Furano. Thank you for your hospitality.

  It was quiet and relaxing.

  There were stains on the carpet and sofa. The in-room bath has a jet tub, but I couldn’t use it because I didn’t know how. The hair dryer was also hard to secure in place. The shower controls were difficult to understand, and the water pressure was somewhat weak. Overall, the Facility feels aging and is a bit inconvenient to use. However, even during peak season in Furano, it’s quiet and relaxing. I also felt that the staff service has improved compared with before. I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

  Very satisfied.

  We chose a Room that can accommodate four adults in one Room. This type is rare at a Hotel, so it was very helpful. The Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was delicious as well. The lobby refrigerator and free snacks were especially great. The garden is also large, and we took a walk after breakfast; I think it would have been even more beautiful in a better season. Also, the large public bath made the whole family happy. However, the window of the 3rd-floor 전망 bath was a bit dirty; it’s a shame because the view would look better if it were cleaner. Overall, we were very satisfied with the Hotel. It’s a Hotel we would like to stay at again.

  A weekday break

  I was able to take a weekday off, so I drove there after work. Luckily, a suite happened to be available, so I stayed even though I was traveling alone. The Room was very comfortable—spotlessly clean, spacious, and relaxing. It was also close to the large public bath, and I appreciated being able to choose an in-room Onsen bath as well. In the morning, I could simply open the door a little and enjoy my coffee while listening to birdsong in the pleasant breeze. Breakfast was a great combination of a main dish and a buffet, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I’d definitely like to visit again if I have the chance.
