  The hospitality is appreciated, but the lack of privacy is a concern…

  It’s conveniently close to New Chitose Airport, and I was grateful that departure day went smoothly. I also felt there were not many Japanese Reviews, so I’m writing this in the hope it helps future guests. The Accommodation does not show up on car navigation systems. Using Google Maps is recommended. We arrived late at night and honestly worried, “Is there really an Accommodation here…?” along the way, but it was there!! When you park, the Room windows are right in front of you, and in some Rooms you can see straight inside. At first I wondered if those guests preferred it that way. But once we checked in, we realized it seems to be an all-or-nothing choice: either fully blackout or not at all. Because the Rooms are almost level with the outside walkway, even though there isn’t much foot traffic, privacy feels limited when it’s that visible. I would really like them to install sheer curtains for privacy. And this is the one point I most want improved: the walls are very thin. We could hear our neighbors coming into their Room with a plastic bag and even their voices… At first we thought it was an outdoor corridor sound, but it was clearly noise from inside their Room… After that we tried not to talk and just went to sleep… This may be difficult to fix, but I truly hope they can improve it…!! The staff are international, but both on arrival and departure they assisted us in polite Japanese. After check-in, we were told we could freely choose individually wrapped snacks from the lobby. It made me happy because we could enjoy different flavors rather than one large bag. (There were also a few snacks placed in our Room as well—much appreciated.) Even on the same first floor there are some steps/level changes, so if you have heavy luggage like a suitcase, moving around can be a little difficult. The interior is clean, but the design feels somewhat simple overall, and the Facilities feel more home-like than typical. We mentioned in advance that this trip was for our wedding anniversary, and they surprised us by preparing a bottle of white wine. Their hospitality is wonderful—which is why it felt especially unfortunate that the points above stood out so much.

At the same time, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused in various areas, including directions to the Hotel, guestroom privacy, and soundproofing. Registering our location on car navigation systems can be difficult; currently many guests use mobile navigation apps such as Google Maps or Apple Maps to reach us. We have already installed signage and nighttime lighting, and we are also working on adding a guide map so that as many guests as possible can arrive smoothly. Regarding the other issues you mentioned, some improvements may be difficult due to the building’s structure; however, we take your specific comments seriously as important points for future Facility improvements.
