A beautiful Accommodation with a high level of privacy.

This property is originally a private wedding venue and is only occasionally available for stays when no weddings are being held. There is no pool, but there is a dreamlike chapel that feels like paradise; with staff permission, you may visit and take photos. The rooms and service are excellent, the food is delicious, and it’s the perfect place to relax in comfort.

    Adjacent to a wedding venue

I found this place on IKYU for the first time this winter, so I assumed it was a new Hotel. When I arrived, however, it felt quite old, and the Room had the atmosphere of an older-style Hotel. The terrace as well was very different from the image videos on social media. It feels like an Accommodation that mainly serves as a wedding venue. There was dust in corners of the toilet, the towels had an unpleasant “older man” smell, and a fairly large spider ended up inside my souvenir bag—there were many things that bothered me. That said, I absolutely loved the view. When you go down to the beautiful beach, you can find lots of hermit crabs too; I think it would have been even better in a different season. And simply put, BVLGARI amenities do lift your mood. I chose the plan with breakfast and dinner after checking the official website, but dinner was not what I expected. It may be intended for wedding couples. Even though it was a course dinner, it didn’t feel like something to enjoy slowly and calmly. There also didn’t seem to be a sommelier; the champagne (2,200 yen per glass) had almost no bubbles—as if it had been opened long ago—and tasted poor. My partner runs restaurants, so I was nervous he might say something. Breakfast is Japanese-style and looks just like in the photos. You eat at a low sofa table with a tablecloth; one person sits on the sofa while another sits on a thick floor cushion—an odd setup. Because I love the view and all staff provided wonderful service, I would consider returning—but probably without meals. Accommodation: 70,000 yen (at our stay) Additional drinks: just under 20,000 yen Total: nearly 90,000 yen Okinawa has many excellent Hotels. After checkout, I always think about whether what I paid felt worth it to me. Unfortunately this stay felt expensive for what we received.

    Like an overseas villa

This was my first stay here. I noticed it hadn’t been listed on IKYU before, and learned that since this February, it has been open to the general public. Until then, I heard it had been an Accommodation only for couples who held their wedding there. The villa is spacious and single-level, making it very easy to use. Above all, the design offers a stunning view of the ocean—absolutely wonderful. The private beach is truly beautiful. Perhaps they regularly clean it, because there was hardly any litter at all. Even though it was March, I went swimming. If it were warmer, I might have stayed in the water all day. There are no beach beds on the beach itself, so I enjoyed the ocean view from the beach bed on the Room’s lanai. The Room has a jacuzzi with an ocean view, but there was a note asking guests to close the blinds while using it. That was my only disappointment and why I gave 4 stars—especially since the view is so incredible. All staff members were very pleasant. Perhaps because they also handle wedding-related work, they felt different from staff at other Hotels in a good way—their service was excellent and made my stay very comfortable. For dinner, we had French cuisine. The appetizer and fish were delicious, but I felt the double-main meat dishes were just okay, so I rated that 4 stars as well. We ordered a wine pairing set that included Champagne. As someone who loves wine: the Champagne was excellent; as for the rest… given the price point, I suppose that’s to be expected. Still, ordering Champagne by itself can be quite expensive per glass, so overall it felt like good value. Breakfast service—delivered to our Room—was outstanding. It was Japanese-style and very delicious. Sitting on floor cushions (like zabuton) while eating felt a bit uncomfortable; in hindsight we probably should have brought out a table and used two chairs from around the Room. I’ve mentioned various points above, but overall I felt this place offered more than its price suggests. I would love to visit again.

Everything was perfect! A wonderful Accommodation—I definitely want to come again.

The food was outstanding—especially the “texture,” which was truly masterful. Every staff member was kind, attentive, and provided wonderfully pleasant service. What impressed me most was how impeccably clean the Room and the entire property were. Usually, any Facility has at least one disappointing point, but here everything was spotless down to every corner—there wasn’t a single negative point. This was the most impressive Accommodation I’ve ever stayed at. It was also great that I could use Points to stay at a very good value this time. The only downside during our stay was the weather, but even so, the location is beautiful and I’m completely satisfied—10/10! I’m sure it would be 12/10 on a sunny day, so I definitely want to come back again.
