  Perfect for a trip to Kyoto

  I don’t usually write a Review, but I was so satisfied that I couldn’t help myself! This Accommodation is perfect for a trip to Kyoto!! Even though it’s relatively new, the hospitality is flawless—more attentive than many luxury Ryokan. The smile and greetings from the staff member who assisted us were wonderful, and every interaction felt genuinely pleasant. Of course, all the other staff were also excellent. We traveled with an 8-month-old baby, and they quickly provided amenities (a diaper trash bin). They even selected and brought welcome drinks to our Room—almost too kind. Since we made a Reservation the day before, we couldn’t add dinner. But because we ended up snacking while exploring Kyoto anyway, we were honestly full—so it worked out well! And they offer a late-night snack service, which was fantastic. Breakfast was also outstanding—you can make ochazuke or dashi ochazuke, leaving nothing to complain about. The Room was spacious enough that our child could sleep in a separate area. It was quiet enough for us to relax without worrying about noise. The bath was large as well, and being able to top up with hot water at any time was much appreciated. Overall, for exploring Kyoto (especially if you plan to focus on street food or want to take things slow and enjoy the atmosphere), with that location and service, I would absolutely choose this place again next time.   It was a unique Room...

  It was a unique Room with a bath in a Japanese-style setting. The staff were polite and kind, and they responded quickly to our requests, which was very helpful. Breakfast was served in the Room, so we could enjoy it in a relaxed atmosphere. The Room was very spacious, and we were able to spend our time comfortably.

  Wonderful

  We stayed here for our wedding anniversary. We were truly moved by the many thoughtful touches and attentive care. You also contacted us carefully to coordinate the surprise, which made us feel at ease throughout and highlighted your outstanding hospitality. Everything was delicious—from the welcome sweets and late-night rice balls to breakfast—and we were very satisfied. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our special day an even more wonderful memory.

  Satisfied.

  I stayed here during my trip to Kyoto and was able to relax and enjoy a calm, comfortable stay. Traveling with children, having meals served in the Room was especially helpful. I would love to stay again if I have the opportunity.

  First stay in Kyoto

  I heard this is a newly opened Accommodation, and all the staff were very pleasant and welcoming! It was my first stay, and I was able to relax and enjoy my time. Thank you very much! I would like to stay here again when I come back to Kyoto.

  The room was good. H...

  The room was good. However, the taxi fare for transportation being the responsibility of the guests and the lack of explanation during the reservation process felt unhelpful. Also, while the dinner meat was fine, the overall content was lacking. It was disappointing.

  A Hotel Overflowing with Hospitality

  During my trip to Kyoto to see the autumn leaves, I stayed here on the last night of my visit. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the beautiful lounge resembling a garden and the staff's thorough explanation. I requested welcome drinks and snacks to be delivered to my room, which was a nice touch. The room had a unique design that was innovative and fun! Directly in front upon entering, there was a semi-open-air cypress bath beyond the bed, which was perfect for this season. Both the late-night rice balls and breakfast were incredibly delicious. The highlight for me was the welcome sweets called "Masari Mame," which were so tasty that I asked at reception if they could be purchased as souvenirs at stations... To my surprise, they included an extra bag with my late-night snack as a complimentary service! I was truly amazed by their exceptional hospitality. I will definitely stay here again!
